   I recently lost my dad and needed to find some posterboard or pictures to get framed to use at his celebration of life and this is the best app by far services awesome pictures came out great, made it easy to get everything in one place I even got a keychain that’s going to be delivered tomorrow with his picture and my other best friend that passed away two years ago. If I ever need a service like this again I will come to this app and this company over anyone else it was really stressful and to take that hard part out of it and be able to design it the way I wanted to made it beautiful and easy for me and I definitely would recommend this app to anybody that wants to use Shutterfly or something of the sort because this is also way cheaper I paid $100 less than Shutterfly quoted me for something different that was a little bit more extravagant than I wanted, on this app I was able to find posterboard instead of framed pictures which cut down the cost and helped be able to discard after the service instead (having something with letters saying welcome to celebration of life in my house that was really expensive) so it worked out great and I really like this app it was pretty easy compared to everything else I looked at and I prefer this app and company over everything else I looked at as I am pretty picky, definitely will be using them for my wedding as well!

2. 5/5Personalized plush blanket

   I ordered and received, very quickly I might add, the most beautiful Pet Memorial plush blanket I’ve ever seen! We lost our beloved long haired dachshund, who would’ve been 19 next month, 7 weeks ago. He was our everything. Words cannot describe how much we miss that sweet boy. So for Christmas I wanted to get my husband something really special. So I went to the Zazzle website and there it was. I was concerned, because of the fact that I chose plush instead of fleece, that the pictures may not be as clear as the originals but I couldn’t be happier! It is the perfect gift for him. I have shown it to several people and they had never seen anything like it. They got me to text them the website so now they are ordering Christmas gifts as well. The price was amazing. I ordered the largest one available. I don’t normally write this long and detailed of a review but I am so pleased with it that I just had to share it.

3. 3/5Was great until..

   I currently make commissioned artwork as well as a lot of pop culture icons and prints which is really fun! However I chose zazzle because of their seemingly professional lay out which was a great choice in the beginning. I ordered multiple prints and a pair of shirts with prints that BLATANTLY were Star Wars characters which are licensed and trademarked but they made these anyways and sent them to me. Now that I finished that set, I ordered 3 shirts and a print of my rendition of Ant-Man & both of my orders get cancelled. When I inquired as to why, Zazzle responds saying that fair use is not able to be used in this situation and that I must first have obtained permission from Marvel to even draw Ant-Man in the first place. Uhhhh?? Star Wars was no issue first? After dealing with this, a second customer “care” rep said no the first rep was wrong and the reason they can’t make my Ant-Man into a T-shirt or print is because they currently are locked into a business agreement with Marvel & carry officially licensed Ant-Man & The Wasp merchandise. After this, the customer care associate described that if I were to place a new order, respond to the email with the order number and they will gladly allow it. So i’m confused! Of course my money was automatically refunded however hearing two customer services associates battle over the true cancellation of my order felt so..idk..tacky? Awkward? FRUSTRATING??? I’ll have to look into taking my business elsewhere if they’re going to pick and choose what slides under the trademarked rug..even though it is my own rendition of characters and falls under fair use...

4. 1/5This App is straight TRASH

   Look.. I love Zazzle, the website anyways. As a small business owner JUST starting to gain my footing, the wide selection of products Zazzle has & the customizable options are out of this world amazing, and I love the products I have made so far (my business cards & 2 labels). Unfortunately, the two labels I ordered were WAY bigger than I was expecting, which is my fault, I didn’t read the product information carefully enough. It’s fine, I can use these labels for larger products, and I decided to make some smaller labels. Up until about a week ago, I used the Zazzle website exclusively, but I liked it so much I figured using the App would be a lot more convenient. Boyyyyy was I wrong. This app is so GLITCHY & unreliable, I can’t even tell you how many times, within a week, I have started to make a label, and the app either freezes, closes me out for no reason, or will out of no where send me back a page so I lose my design. I have started maybe 25-30 labels on the app, and every time something happens where I lose my work. Luckily, I just found the folder of “Saved Designs” so I can go back to them. But honestly, what good is that if it’s just going to close me out? Honestly.. I LOVE the website. But you guys have A LOT of work to do in order to make this app useable for people. And actually in all honesty I am so frustrated I am considering finding a different company to use in the future, just because I would prefer the convenience of an App THAT WORKS, over having to use a website. Hopefully you guys figure it out soon. I can’t believe that anyone is very satisfied with this App’s performance.

5. 3/5Difficult in using your app

   I am a first-time user. I had a hard time finding my way around & a week to load the 28 items I wanted, only to be cancelled because I didn’t answer an email within 24 hours to verify my order. Here are my concerns: 1). My Order was cancelled because my billing g address is different than my shipping. I’m a snow bird & live in FL half the year. But the reason was because I didn’t answer your email right away. Fair enough but now I cannot find how to reorder all 28 items. 2). cannot find my own personal info, ie: where are my billing vs shipping addresses? 3). Concerning your search engine: for cards: I have ordered many cards that are blank & yet I cannot search for “blank” cards, only special occasions, wedding, birthdays, etc. Try it yourself…search for cards & drill down. You won’t be able to find cards that are blank. 3). Envelopes. Why does it look like I won’t get an envelope with the cards I buy or make such a big deal over ordering envelopes after I click to buy a card? Doesn’t an envelope come with the cards? 4). My account: still cannot find things. It’s rather annoying. I will figure it out. Other than that I like your websites & items.
