"body": "I initially faced a technical issue with the app, which I raised to the concierge team ahead of time. I kept following up to expedite resolving it so I could book my trip at least 48 hours before my flight, as required by the Zaps Premium policy. As we approached the 48-hour mark, I still hadn’t received a response. When I asked if the service could be booked manually from their side, I was informed that it had to be done through the app, which left me with the impression that I might not receive the service at all. Later, on the same day of my flight, I was contacted by the concierge, Nayida Sheikh, who confirmed the trip and took over the arrangements. She was very helpful and ensured everything was prepared smoothly. The chauffeur arrived on time and was extremely professional, making the ride comfortable and stress-free. The only areas of improvement would be providing the chauffeur’s details earlier and ensuring clearer, more timely communication throughout the process",

"body": "I was registering on the ZAPS Premium app. I filled the card information correctly but I filled one digit wrong of my phone number. There is no way to go back and edit the phone number. When I tried to register again, it says “An account with the same card already exists”. How can I update my phone number so that I can login to your app? How come there is no way to fix this?",
