Great App! Super easy to use and the fact that it allows you use your apple account to login and use Apple Pay makes it that much easier! The perfect pizza app! Also, the pizzas are absolutely amazing! Fantastic app and even better pizza! You can’t ask for more

3/5Can’t login and need to in order to place a delivery from the app
Lunchbox powers the login feature of the Zalat app. When I try to login with my email, it says it doesn’t have my email registered but when I try to sign up, it says my phone number is already associated with them. I can only email Lunchbox to have my phone number removed from their system. I want to order delivery directly from Zalat, because it’s more expensive on a 3rd party delivery app. I called Zalat and was told if I can’t login on the app, the only way to do delivery is with a 3rd party delivery app. If login feature does not change/update, the physical stores need to have the capability of placing a delivery order over the phone. Since this can’t be done currently, Zalat needs to look into the reason why and how to overcome this issue.

3/5No Apple Pay
I like Zalat Pizza and figured the app would make orders easier. So far this has been a challenge to say the least. The biggest problem is that Apple Pay is offered as a payment option, but then it doesn’t work? Not a big deal except when you don’t have a credit card on you so Zalat has missed out on my business because of this.

The world where we had to order pizza through a prehistoric web browser is finally behind us. Science along with Lord Zenu have gifted us the miracle of being able to use an app for placing an order to receive delicious Zalat Pizza.

I honestly got tired of trying to figure out the app. Can’t order without logging in, tried logging in, told me I had an account, reset password, logged in, told me I needed to verify phone, put my phone and it told me I didnt need to create an account. I wasn’t trying to create an account I was trying to log in. Gave up after 20 minutes and ordered from somewhere else. I see the same issue with a lot of people.
