yapa - focus & pomodoro timer

As part of the macOS update there's a few things updated for iOS. - Flow time no longer does a "warm up" timer. Instead it's your soft goal "focus" time that you set. - Update onboarding, start using in just 2 taps!! (I'll update the video later) - Recent section. a list of recently use timer/tag combo. Jump into focusing even quicker! - Updated ui - tabs for easier navigation, session list updated. - Shortcut support! - bug fixes & performance improvements Blog: y'all organization 13 would be proud of this version ;) introducing macOS support!! of course iOS got some love too. I think the recent section will prove to be quite useful. Not sure if I listed everything, but it was a bit of work. Please try it out :D

Thanks for the recent downloads :) these fixes are for yall! - fix live activity resetting on interval timer - fix stacking notifications on interval timer - fix timer breaking when moving between background/foreground ... etc. blog: y'all I know why they just use "Bug fixes and performance improvements." cause like.. come on! lol I've started refactoring the logic of running timer so now things should be more stable, that's the gist of it. It's also ground work for a nice feature that'll come later. Still a few more fixes to do, but some of those bugs seem important enough to release. Also for versioning I'm going to keep it simple for now. It'll stay 1.15 for a bit until I feel like the feature deserves a bump or App Store tells me to..

blog: hi, been a few since v1.4.0. I have a temp job, thankful. unfortunately I'm not sure how much longer it'll last tbh. So now I'm going to push for more frequent releases on this lol. There's really only a few more features I want before I let it settle you know what I'm saying. I probably won't update screenshots for a few versions, please bear with me! m(_ _)m updates: - weekly review — Browse your session stats by week, with an AI-generated summary (llmary) you can edit and save. this is preliminary work, might expand later. The concept of weekly Ala hobonichi you feel. - doro topics — Tag and edit topics directly in the timer form, with keyboard support. new: edit session! recently I've been running the timer in the wrong doro. Now it's possible to edit a session right after it ends. You can change: - doro of the session - session started date/time - timers for the session More or less you can create your own session. But I think it'll be handy when you get into funky situations. Like I know there's a bug going around! I will get it sooner or later. anyway try it out! don't get stuck. またね

updates: - New live session info: when the timer is running tap on the session name to bring it up. It's mainly to help me debug, but can be useful. - Llmary like: like summaries to provide them as examples for the llm when generating new summaries. - Llmary list: after liking a summary you can see a list of all weekly summaries, for the doro, to quickly manage. blog: trying out this llmary, works okay but needs so much guidance (that's the revolutionary!!! ai for you). reaching near the end of feature development yall. a few more simple features before I turn my focus on iPad and macOS support.

update: Quick Start Widget. Just expanded widget support for yapa, woop! you can have up to 4 shortcuts to start your doro right away from your home screen. blog: I'm trying to remove the frictions in starting a timer. Been reading people's experience w/ pomodoro, what helps them focus and what breaks it. I'll be exploring ideas that push towards better focus experiences and less distractions. The doro (task/activity/etc) is what your attention should be on!

updates: - big one!! doro now optional. You can quickly start a timer. Once you're done you can save the session by attaching a doro into it. This will provide the context. Onboarding will be a lot simpler with this. Simple for your use, complex for your needs. hmm kinda catchy. - add main menu back. easier this way I believe. - update timer layout, less things moving around now. - add simpler feedback with voting! blog: This work shakes up the foundation! Probably get around to updating the screenshots with 1.10.0.. iPad and macOS will have to wait a bit.
