1. 5/5Wow, J Beauty in US!?

   I was looking for some skincare products that won awards in Japan! One of the most reasonable listings showed up on Google which led me to this app! I was skeptical at first but I’m so happy I gave it a chance! I able to take advantage of welcome discount on top of the new year sale! Yes, it’s more than what you’d pay in Japan but not by too much! Also, I was really surprised to receive my package so quickly - like in a few days after placing an order (I live in SoCal). I think it would take longer if you purchased fro retailers overseas but my order didn’t include any from overseas. Everything looks great and all the products are exactly what I was looking for. I would highly recommend this to anyone who wants to try Japanese skincare products!

2. 1/5Unsafe! Do not use Yamibuy to protect yourself!

   My account was compromised. Someone tried to place unauthorized order with a stolen credit card. I canceled that order and immediately contact the Customer Service, and changed my password and unbound all social media. Several minutes later, the same guy placed the order AGAIN! I changed my password to a 20 digits random combination of mixed-case letters, numbers and symbols pattern. And no more than 5 minutes, a third order was placed. This means that there are security breaches which allowed the thieves entering your account without password or any other barriers. Half day had passed and the Yamibuy did not give me any answer or reply. They just let this happening again and again and again. It is me myself managed to contact the people who was also fooled by the thief and was asking the thief to place orders, to cancel the orders. Additionally, I did some research and found that this kind of incidents can be traced back to 2017, so 5 years passed, and their security is not improved a little. They don't even have a 2-step verification which is almost used in any online shopping apps. This is very irresponsible and disrespectful to their customers. You can use tons of other better app to purchase same or higher quality asian products. Please drop out with this den of thieves and protect yourself!

3. 1/5SCAM! They will take the money and products will never arrive.

   For the record, I do believe they are sending the products out. But I live in SoCal and they deliver your order using 7-Hr Express. I received my first order just fine. Then the second and the third never arrived, on which I spent $140. They NEVER arrived. Driver will take a picture of the order in the locker but leave the locker empty or s/he will take a picture of random boxes in the mail room and mark them as delivered. When I contacted customer service, they kept saying…”but the picture!!” So what are you saying, that I am lying about never getting what I PAID for? Maybe you will have better experience if you’re out of state, but don’t be surprised if the driver keeps all your stuff if you live in SoCal. And customer service won’t help you because “..the picture!!” They will also SAY they will email you with follow-up. They won’t. You won’t hear from them. I reported Yami to my credit card company and deleted the app.

   Never thought I would use an app to purchase Asian grocery and snacks but their selection is just too tempting. I made four orders within a month. All of them arrived promptly and in perfect condition. I even ordered directly from Taiwan! That order arrived in about 5 days and everything was in perfect condition. I have not been disappointed with anything yet. I cannot be happier with the app and am planning to try the ready made foods next! Don’t hesitate, just try it if you like Asian food and is not privileged to have Asian grocery stores near you. I have access to them but I just love the selection and wide variety on the app!

5. 1/5Disappointed and Frustrated – No Product, No Refund

   I placed an order in January totaling over $80, expecting to receive my items in a reasonable timeframe. However, as of now, I still have not received my order. After waiting patiently, I reached out to customer service and requested a refund. They assured me that the refund had been processed, but I have yet to see any money returned. To make matters worse, I didn’t use a bank card for the purchase, which makes the situation even more frustrating. Not only am I left without the items I paid for, but I also haven't received the refund they claimed to have issued. The lack of communication and resolution has been extremely disappointing. I had high hopes when ordering, but this experience has completely changed my perspective. I wouldn’t recommend purchasing from this company unless you’re prepared to deal with delays, unfulfilled orders, and questionable refund practices.

   I love this app so much cz I found everything that I wanted but please make the ship globally I'm from Morocco and it's heartbreaking that it only shipped to us and Canada please we yes we want this app to ship to other countries

   I love Yami! It's the only place I buy all of my sunscreen. They only stock genuine products. Delivery is super quick. The app runs smoothly for me, I've never encountered issues with ads or weird glitches.

   so far its been absolutely terrible. I ordered a package on the 30th and haven't a received a single update. I was promised tracking the by the 6th and haven't received it. its Ai support is like talking to 3 year old and the live agent support isnt much better. I am now being told I might not get tracking at all. that there was no way to get my order on time (even tho thats how it was advertised) and that i can't get a refund at all. Yami is a good site that allow terrible distributors to scam
