2/5Poor design, too many ads
I switched to this app from the catch the bus app because that app isn't up to date on the bus schedules, and I am not enjoying using this app. I HATE the ads. They pop up randomly and I accidentally click them sometimes. I would've been willing to pay for the app, but that's not an option from what I've seen. The app defaults to telling you which buses are closest to your current location, which can be nice if you're just casually waiting at the bus stop and are just curious about when the bus comes, but, for me, I'd like to plan ahead, leaving my apartment earlier or later or walking faster or slower (or sometimes running :)). This app doesn't work well for that because your bus generally won't come up until you're pretty close to the stop. They do have a function for you to look at specific stops and save your favorites, but it takes a long time to find a bus route and stop (it asks you which transit system you want every time). Plus, when you save something as a favorite, it only gives you the bus stop name, not the route name, so if you are looking at multiple routes at the same stop you can't tell the difference between them. That's extremely frustrating. Unfortunately, I haven't found a better real time bus app yet. If the catch the bus developers would just update their app, I would go right back to using that one.

1/5Only CWRU in Ohio
Only Case Western was available in Ohio. It took me a while to figure that out, however, because the interface didn't work. After allowing the app (and the website) to access my location, it brought up what I'm guessing is the name of a transit system. Trying to figure out how to get to a screen where I could manually choose my location, I clicked on the Stops button, and the app froze (2 different ads had already shown by this point). After closing and reopening the app, I chose to access the old mobile site, which is where I was finally able to manually choose my state and find that only one university location in the far northern part of the state was available. Had I not had such a shockingly bad experience with the UI, I might have just put 3 stars and advised Ohioans not attending CWRU not to bother with the app, but there is definitely something wrong with the app itself that needs to be fixed.

2/5Use the web app of this instead
I use the web app of the gps locator for Nextbus. I use it religiously actually but I thought maybe having an app for it would be quicker in some way. Wrong! This app is the exact same thing as the web app only they added a pull down reload button, purple navigation arrows and an AWFUL AD BAR at the bottom. The web app thankfully does not have the ads that this app does. I also found the app very buggy mainly because it takes sometimes up to 20 seconds to even load if at all. When your trying to catch the bus time is precious and it can't be wasted on adds or app glitches. Go search google for "Nextbus gps" or "Nextbus gps web app" and you will find the thing I use. I think it's much more efficient than this app. Still a nice attempt by Nextbus to make that information easier to get but the web app is by far much better than the iphone app.

5/5Great APP! Accurate and good.
I don't know how this app tracks the buses.... My theory is that maybe the buses have a GPS tracker inside or just tracked via a satellite in the sky..... But it's very accurate. When it says the bus is arriving you can see the bus coming from the next stop! It's a must for anyone who is traveling or getting around! I'm from Los Angeles and this app is great! Just get to your stop open up this app and activate GPS and it will find the stop for you. Although the battery drains quickly with this app... because of the GPS. So close the app when your done using it. Overall great app I give it 5 stars... And this is my first App Store review.

1/5Fraud
Don’t give money or use this app. It started as something that kind of worked, but now I believe it’s a fraud. I’ve always had the newest iphone & update. The times on this app are rarely even close to the time the bus arrives. At this point it’s arbitrary. I thought the new update would fix it. First night out same old shenanigans. I believe the developer is pulling a fast one to make money.
