"body": "When you download the app and sign in, it asks for a back up email address. They then send a code to your back up email address. I leave the app to get the code from the back up email address. I get the code and return to the app only to find it logged me out and now have to start the whole process again🤦 If you're going to send a code to a back up email address maybe you could design an app that doesn't log you out to retrieve the code you sent🤔 Don't reply with \"sorry\" just do better.",
