1/5Terrible, user hostile!
The old app lets you scan the barcode on your library card. Not this one; you have to type it in. Then it wants a password. What password? I don’t have a password associated with this account. It asks permission to access your location. OK, so far so good. I gave it permission. It then asked me to select a library from a list. I thought that was the point of asking to access my location. And the list was not in any order I could discern, like maybe alphabetical by town, or by county. I still don’t have access to my account.

4/5Missing links from previous app.
This new app is very nice and works well for what is included in it. I was able to browse and renew very easily. I would really like to see all of the links from the previous app included in this version, such as the room reservation and especially wireless printing. I realize these are just links to websites I could go to in a browser, regardless, it was very convenient to have all of this in one place. Please include all of these links in the new app before deprecating the old one!

1/5Buggy, should not have been released
The app goes loops back into its startup sequence when attempting to access its functions. I replaced the old Wyldcat app with this one because the old one wouldn’t function anymore, but at least that version was stable when it was available. This new version appears to be a beta version and should not have been released without more testing. As it stands, it’s unusable, thus the 1-star rating.

1/5Unable to load mutiple card barcodes
In the previous app it was easy to manage all my children's cards for check out, just an easy swipe. Now you have to log out and log into a different account to view a different library card. You can still view all the books checked out in linked accounts- but hopefully multiple barcodes will able available soon.

1/5Terrible!
The old app was way more user friendly. This one boots me out of my account constantly requiring me to sign in with my library card number (who has that memorized!?!). It takes forever to load and renewing items takes longer than it should. There are a lot of glitches that need to be fixed!
