1. 5/5A Great Sandbox

   This app has most of the tools that it takes to make a great wrestling gm simulator. A large variety of different wrestlers and promotions (could always use more) along with the recent updates adding managers and new angles. This is a game that actually grows and changes and evolves, so even if you just finished up a ten year campaign, you can start a new one and it feel like a new experience. I only have a few suggestions that would make the game even better: 1. The price of everything is a little high, but this is one I can accept because I understand it takes money to make a successful app, so I’m willing to pitch in. Still, would like to be able to create a wrestler for a little less coin along with the belts definitely being too pricey. 2. I would love there to be a little more customization added to the created wrestlers. Would love to see a spot for actual signatures/finishers for the wrestlers, along with a height and weight spot instead of having to put it in the bio. Having that tied into the style/size of the wrestler would add some more realism. 3. The managers were a great add, we just now need to be able to have them run an angle or at least be a part of one, have them be a more integral part to who they’re managing as well as being a singular entity who can do things on their own. Imagine having an angle where your new manager is trying to talk to different wrestlers to let him manage them. 4. I would love there to be some additions to the resolution of a match. Maybe like a way to show how the match is won. You choose pin, and you have options after that such as a top rope move, a surprise roll up, a roll up while holding the ropes, a finisher, you had to use multiple finishers, just to have some more refinement on the actual match results. 5. Just keep doing your thing, I love this app. 5 stars all day.

2. 5/5A Great Experience!

   This game is mind numbingly fun. The amount of features and unique matches and angles bring the feel of the general manager modes of the old console games to mobile, while giving you more hands on freedom and choices to make as well. Being able to create your own wrestlers, companies, storylines, etc allows the player to do as much or as little as they care to, and that is the real charm of this game. You can just blindly pick matches and aim to get great show ratings, you can invest in a few wrestlers and plan out the future, or you can go all out and go into immense detail about each and every decision you make, and all 3 options are an absolute blast. This truly is a game that any and all wrestling fans can enjoy. There are a few things blocked behind a paywall, but nothing is outrageous, and there are no penalties for not paying outside of losing a few match types. I would highly recommend this game to anyone.

3. 3/5Would be a 5-Star game, but micro transactions are killer.

   I want to start off by saying this game is a lot of fun. Building your promotion and maneuvering through the weeks is great, and a nice way to pass time. However the heavy cost of micro transactions is ridiculous. If you want to create your own promotion filled with your own roster, belts, etc… it will probably cost you hundreds of dollars (this is real world dollars, paid out in the way of coin packages within the game) to build your promotion how you’d like it. Sure you could go without spending any money, but your experience would be severely limited and would grow stale quickly. I have no problem with paying a few bucks to have the full experience, but a few bucks will get you nowhere. There’s a reason that they have coin packages that cost upwards of $1,000 in this game… you’ll need it if you want to fully enjoy the game.

4. 4/5Great But…

   I’m happy that I could book whatever I please,however I please,but some of my problems arise when I see all that the pro players get compared to the lack there of for free-to-play players. Not that they shouldn’t,they paid to get a little bit extra,but it’s not as gratifying for those that didn’t,which leads to my next point. The Game Points & Coins system,that’s too many game points to covert for just one coin and aside from when you begin the game & the trophies you get very little in the way of coins or points,when should get coins for booking your shows. Now why do I have to spend so much of which I don’t get to make something? 55 coins to make a decent wrestler? I shouldn’t have to spend coins to make them,instead wrestlers should be able to be improved on the basis when you book them,or moreover,their performances. Otherwise,this game is amazing,but the costs for things with in game currency is too much and it feels like free-to-play players,don’t get anything for playing the game.

5. 5/5Awesome game!!

   Amazing game, I’ve already had lots of fun playing. Super detailed stories for wrestlers, promotions and their history. Just came across each titles history right before this review! If I could create a wish list of things I’d love in the game, maybe a 10 wrestler battle royal, # 1 contender matches and storylines, tie in with that, maybe a ranking system, similar to AEWs? Just to track which wrestlers booking is landing with the crowd. Also to tie that in, maybe more detailed crowd responses? Like a social media fanbase or critic reviews as to what and why things worked and didn’t. Have had issues personally getting lower card talent up to midcard and midcard up to main event. But that’s just a wishlist and the game is amazing already without those features!Definitely recommend it
