"body": "After using it more, I’ve changed my rating from 2 to 1 star. Not only is it very very slow to load, not only does it constantly log out (see below)— it doesn’t even show the call number of books in the catalog! It’s a library catalog app that doesn’t tell you where to find books in the library. Very disappointing. Previous review was: It works Ok (but very slowly) once you’re logged in, but every time I open it (including to show my barcode to check out books) I have to re-select my library (!) and login again with my library card number and password. The login times out after single-digit minutes. Very frustrating.",

"body": "Terrible. It crashes often. Does not keep me logged in. I have to put in my library card number over and over. That is the reason for an app, not to have to carry a library card. I still have to hand over my ID at the library since I can’t scan off the app. So far this experience has been a disappointment.",

"body": "While it is more feature rich than the previous application available prior to 2025, it continues to have many bugs. For example-freezes, drops library card, needs to be deleted and reloaded to clear errors. Previous application while limited worked flawlessly. Pains me to log on and try to achieve task such as renew items.",

"body": "It really isn’t possible for this app to be worse! It constantly logs you out. It can’t find books that are most definitely in the catalog. The latest was it claiming that there isn’t one Stephen King book in the entire county library system. For the amount of taxes Westchester county pays, they should be embarrassed to have released this.",
