1. 1/5Save yourself the trouble!

   I decide to use the Wingstop app for the first time trying to take advantage of the free delivery on Wednesday’s. Everything works fine place the order and it says through a direct text that it’s was going to be delivered at 8:28pm… as you can see from the photo, at 9:09pm my order was suddenly cancelled with no explanation. I call in to understand what happened and hopefully get my food, I’m first talking to a young man who out of nowhere transfer me to someone else which just decides to hang up after I explain my issue!! I call back again and she answers and starts laughing once she realizes it’s me again, she says she has no idea why it was cancelled and that for me to get a refund I would need to contact them through their website! I ask them to just make my order again and I would pick it up. I pick up my food take it home and would you believe it they were short a couple of wings and seemed like they gave the smallest wings possible not to mention the extremely salty fries. I have worked fast food and understand how annoying it can be but something like this should at least be treated kindly, I work long hours and having to deal with something like this just spoils it for everyone. Will definitely not be buying from here again, and if I were you save yourself the trouble of online ordering and go in person!

3. 1/5Worst Experience Ever

   WingStop outsources their delivery drivers when you request delivery through their app. This led to me waiting out in a literal sh!+ storm waiting for the DoorDash driver to arrive as scheduled and “tracked” on the app only to receive a text from DD driver saying “really sorry man I double booked and dropped your food off at the wrong house but you can cancel or reorder” as though he didn’t know they closed in like 20 minutes so receiving a meal tonight after a long day of rest and recovery was going to be virtually impossible. I told him he needed to fix it. He said “nothing i can do” “take it up with Door Dash”. I didn’t order through Door Dash. WingStop’s answer was a remake but they couldn’t arrange a driver for next day???!!! So I Uber there the next days since even Sr Mgr says they can’t coordinate driver for next day?! Absolute garbage the way this incident was handled. There should be an investigation launched into this for theft, negligence, incompetence, and failure to adequately follow through with even a remote ounce of empathy to ensure this type of irresponsible conduct receives the type of attention that holds all parties accountable for their role in this clown show.

4. 3/5Issue when ordering bundles

   App is okay - use it to order every time however the one big issue (for those of us who like out wings cooked well done) is when there are specials such as bundles there is never the option to select and add to the order to have the wings cooked well done, only when you order by the piece or the regular combo does the option appear for you to select if you’d like to have the wings cooked well done. The options are always there to have the fries cooked well done but never for the wings! Additionally there is no section where you could add a note or special request. So every time we order wings on the app that are on bundle promotion I have to physically call the store and add this request because I’m unable to select within the app....which somewhat defeats the purpose of ordering online doesn’t it?? So I recommend the developers resolve this and add the wing (WELL DONE) cooking preferences selection options when advertising specials and bundles so the order can be placed correctly and also recommended there be a section where the customer can add a note or special request.

5. 3/5App was good just 3rd party was the issue

   So I downloaded the app and decided to tú the delivery option this time. Was easy to get done and no problems with navigating the app. So it shows the progress and order time for drop off which was cool. The problem was not with the restaurant but with DoorDash who runs the delivery for them. The app said the people have not picked up my order so 15 mins after my delivery time I called the dasher and she was having issues with her app to pick it up and there is no way to contact door dash by phone so I ended up going To pickup the wings my self now by this time I had been a good while that my wings were there and now they were cold and as I walked in to the store the dasher was just picking up my order about an hour after it was suppose to be at my house. So I stopped the dasher and we talked I took the wings she said she was sorry which it’s not her fault was the app she was using and she went on her way. So I talked to the manager here and she hooked me up with cooking me a new order and making it fresh so app wise was great DoorDash was the fail on this that’s why it got a 3 but in the end yummy wings in my belly

   Be careful when placing an order for delivery. I placed an order for my address and the application gave the delivery driver an address 20 minutes away from me. I reached out for support several times and haven't heard anything through the app or email

   way too much to log in. I got a new phone and the process to recover your account is absolutely ridiculous. they treat it like its a bank app for serving mediocre food. Never ordering from this company again.

   Payments no longer work. Have tried several cards including GPay. Unusable as if recent update. Update 7/26/2026: still no luck. Guess they don't care enough to fix it at this rate. Best of luck if you're on a Samsung Galaxy 🤷‍♂️

   My order was delivered to the wrong address, I called after waiting over an hour and was told my driver is on his way and will arrive 5 to 10 minutes. They never did arrive but claim they handed it right to me, which didn't happen.. all calls after that went unanswered, including my attempts the following day. I never received a refund but witnesses standing on the sidewalk, laughing claim they saw delivery from them pull into building next door but they declined to answer the door
