  1. 5/5Excellent App and here’s why

I will admit I had problems at first. It didn’t work for me. I didn’t read the list of supported modem list first. My fault, always read the full listing. So I bought a router that was on the list. I still had problems trying to get up and running. Stuart Gray was very patient with me even though he is dealing with hardship in his own family. At first I thought the customer service was just very bad, but I forgot that we all have lives outside of our workplace. He did reach out to me and walked me through my connection problems, giving great details and clear instructions. I was able to get into my nighthawk within 24 hours. I am now able to use the app with ease. I can see who is on my network, shutdown any devices I don’t want on at any given time and turn them back on too. This gives me full control of my home network. This is exactly what I wanted. Thank you Stuart for the great app and the excellent customer service. I pray your son fully recovers and your family find peace again.

  2. 5/5Amazing!

I never write reviews for apps- but i had to say something about this one. I’ve been trying to find a legitimate way to limit the amount of time my teenager spends on the WiFi for a really long time. I stumbled across this app and tried it... works amazing! Super simple to set up and use- it was very effective. If your router is compatible- I highly recommend this purchase.

  3. 1/5Useless App. Don’t buy

Update: This is still a useless app. The list still says my router is covered, but it has been four months and the features that they talk about are still not available for my router. I have a very common Netgear router. The list of “covered” routers means nothing. Don’t buy. I bought this app to control my kids’ WiFi access at bedtime. The description says you can do that. They make a point of telling you to check the list of covered routers. I did that. I have a Netgear 7000 router. It’s on the list. I bought the app. When I tried to set up bedtimes, I got a message stating that this feature will be available with a “future” update. Sure it will. Meanwhile, I paid for an app that is useless to me.

  4. 5/5Works.

In order to get it to work I have to manually block devices as scheduling does not work. After a few days the app will crash upon opening as well but that can be fixed by simply deleting and reinstalling the app. Overall though, I must say that this app gets the job done and I love it. Thank you!

  5. 1/5No support

I reviewed the supplied list of compatible routers. My router is in the list, but this app does not communicate with my router. Further, I followed all of the steps provided in the very thinly designed app and it still does not communicate. Finally, I reached out to the email address provided. I did not even receive a follow up email. I realize I am only out $6, but I’ve received better customer support and better functionality from free apps out there. I’ve already come up with another solution for WiFi control, however. I went with a developer that returned emails.

言語のバグの最大の謝罪! たわごとが起こる Translated .. Apologies for this "classic testing mistake!" - Brian Marick would be proud (http://www.exampler.com/testing-com/writings/classic/mistakes.html). I've been in testing for 20+ years (and first blog about testing I read back then) and this is a good bug as they come! Added languages, half complete, need to ship, hardcode back to english, test... english, "SHIP IT" .. oooops, random devices get random language! awesome. thats software, with pressures to release bug fixes. New... Language bug fix, naturally! New... Scheduling side cases developed (ones we caught). This has setup the app for different types of scheduling to be added (Daily, or hourly depending on router), so expecting scheduling to be added to every supported router over coming weeks/months. New... Devices page update, more filters to come. Scheduling ... (currently supported: Hub 3.0, EE smart hub, BT Hub 6 type B, Verizon G1100). Blocking takes priority, device is blocked until you unblock on devices page (will revert to schedule if one assigned, or unblock the device) or on People page switch to schedule (toggle between block and schedule). VM Hub 3.0 .. scheduling takes a while, but does have hourly grid power. Try and setup scheduling once, and toggle from blocked back to schedule, compared to unrestricting (which unblocks and removes schedule). A quick way to disable scheduling is to visit scheduling, and disable schedule if needed (keeps schedule assigned), but try and avoid unrestrict under people page as takes longer. Didn't make it ... BT Hub 6 Type A (Not going to release another build until this router is added!!), TalkTalk DLink 3782 fix (classic firmware updates and app needs to catch up issue that we were aware would be problem) and the other promises made! Support response... Slow! Apologies to all for any lack of reply, or delayed reply. Our youngest son (you can google the story "Murray Gray Epilepsy" ) HASHTAG Hate Epilepsy, has been in and out hospital since late December, and sure you all understand as a parent what a nightmare it is and maybe understand why some emails get missed (Also email client I'm using... tip... send in a unique subject!, currently grouped per subject and a few hide) or delayed, or just not on the radar. My wife's (Love you!) done an amazing job getting him some new (really very old but now restricted) medicine to try , looking good so far but far too early to tell. Everything crossed! Thanks for all caring messages from emails! really appreciate support! Big Tip: mention your router make and model in first support occurrence (and techy folk add the firmware version in), and mention the problem as best possible, with current circumstances, emails "doesn't work" kind of delay time and hard to reply. ありがとう!, Stuart
