"body": "App needs a major overhaul. It never works. Tells me to log on later most of the time. Plus. when I am to submit payment, I receive an “apology error. Payments not accepted at this time. Try again later”. Words to that effect. I end up logging on through my laptop or making the payment by phone. According to apple downloads, the app hasn’t been updated in over a year.",
