4/5Put in a find key so I can get blood pressure and heart rate
facing difficulty in navigating through the application. I can understand how challenging it can be to find the information you need, especially with a learning disability. It is great to hear that the application has been helpful in identifying your stress levels and other heart-related information. Perhaps one solution to simplify the information overload could be to customize the application's dashboard to your personal preferences. You could have your most frequently accessed data displayed on the main screen, and other data can be accessed through specific tabs. Additionally, a #search function could be added that allows you to type in what you're looking for and brings up relevant information. hopefully, the developers can take your feedback into consideration to improve the user experience for people with similar challenges in the future. What I really want is my heart rate I want my blood pressure and I want my sine wave function all in one place. It’s very difficult in the settings to use it. If you could enlighten me what to do, I would appreciate it. Eyes started studying hearts in the seventh grade. When I wrote a paper on the heart I’m an expert on hearts I have a gerontology degree I study Mindbody Medicine I know a lot, but this thing has shown me things that I never even thought of before I Schopenhauer said Genius is describing someone something that no one else has even imagined

4/5Great app. But don’t get how it updates and don’t like the crossed out messages
I love this app because of all the insights it gives me and the fact that it integrates with the Apple Watch. Update: I just dropped the rating because the app seems to be regressing. Aside from the issues below from my first review, the app is now not allowing the sliders to work (minor issue) and does not take readings any more with the phone camera (major issue). Stopped working three days ago. 🫤🫤🫤 However, it is a bit unclear to me when the watch is updated. Sometimes it updates in the morning when I check my sleep score with Oura. Other times it updates when I do an HRV reading from the camera. But I cannot force it to update. I find that during the day it snapshots various times when I am depleted. When I notice that, I stop and take a breath and re-center myself. I want it to update after that, but I don’t understand how to get the watch to show me the results of my deliberate action to relax. Then I continue for several hours with a red or orange screen even though I feel better. I need it to reflect my reality not just when I am feeling low. It is unpredictable when it updates. Another issue, the faint black text under randomly bright colors to highlight something is extremely annoying to read. It can’t be just glanced at. Have to set away to a well lit area to see the faint text. Not good. Please fix these minor issues. Oh, and the smart aleck comments about sleep are really silly and are generally contradicting the Oura app.

5/5Impressive app!
I’m blown away by the amount of health data captured and shared in this app. It’s helpful in explaining the way data is collected and interpreted, and why it’s important/affects my health. This app inspires me to be more aware of making choices to better my health. I appreciate the friendly feel of the insights, like a friend who wants the best for you but isn’t pushy. I’m not normally a mediating person, or someone who slows down, but I am actually enjoying the Echo section with a variety of ways to soothe the soul, from stories, breathing techniques, sounds, music, talked through meditation, etc. It even pairs with your heart rate when you want to be to calm yourself down/prepare for sleep. It lets me know when I’m overdoing it physically and when I have more in my tank. The sleep monitoring is really detailed and I look forward to analyzing my sleep in the morning and understanding what might be affecting my quality and duration of sleep. There are daily ideas to help you lower cortisol - one day it may suggest you sing out loud, the next may be seeing how it feels turning off all the lights in the house for two hours before bed… I paid for a year of premium and have zero regrets. I turned off the in-app ad asking for life membership under settings (though I may eventually choose to do that). You can really get nuts with this app if you connect it to other health/fitness trackers and apps, which you can easily do. Mine is working with just my Apple Watch 11 and the data is incredible. I’m loving Welltory so much! I highly recommend!

5/5Good but full of ads
I really enjoy the insights in this app and have liked using it. I had a stressful moment with my boss and it not only tracked it, but helped me with immediate strategies to calm myself and showed the impact of that stress over a longer time. Definitely worth understanding! Cons: The really frustrating part is that when you buy a membership, you get bombarded with ads in the app and also in your email from the app asking to purchase the lifetime subscription. There is no way to permanently decline and get the ads to disappear, and the ads do not clearly outline what exactly you get with the upgrade. The app I purchased is “premium”, but they hint I need “lifetime” to unlock additional features, but are not clear what those features are and why they weren’t included in a paid premium subscription. If I didn’t like the app, I’d cancel due to the ads, and I find it really annoying to have ads in a paid premium subscription. Update: after publishing this review they replied stating that I can turn off push notifications, but that does NOT turn off the ads that are inside the app that you have to click through to get to your content. I still like the app, but they need to stop these ads. Play ads for those who didn’t purchase and allow us to turn off the upgrade notifications inside the app once we have.

5/5“Sci-Fi” Update
I am an occasional user of this app. I was previously a subscriber who used it everyday - sometimes multiple times per day. That will not be happening again with the newest update. It is no longer user friendly. I have no idea where to find anything and there are no explanations as to what each button means. The app keeps bragging that I should be able to use my Apple Watch to take measurements - that’s not working. I read the “help” section on how to connect my watch to the app and all it advises is to connect Apple Health. That’s done. But still no luck. I turned on the “Breathe” feature and did that a couple times yesterday, and none of that information has been loaded into this app. The raw data is really the only thing I looked at on this app previously, and now all of that is gone...or impossible to find. The reason I am even bothering to write a review is because I received 15 notifications from this app between 2AM and 7AM last night. That is totally ridiculous! The notifications were the same three messages repeated five times. Truly annoying! I went into the app to change my notification settings and, of course, that couldn’t be found. I think I am ready to delete this app completely even though I have data for almost 400 measurements saved.

The updated Sleep Report makes it easier to see. — Sleep Debt — the exact gap between the sleep your body needed and what it got. Look back over weeks and months to see if it’s quietly adding up. The single most effective thing you can do for your sleep is go to bed and wake up at the same time every day — Sleep Schedule makes that easy to track. — All the charts got a refreshed look. This is the update we kept hinting at. You know those days when nothing bad happened, but everything feels irritating and you don't know why? Or when you're exhausted but can't stop — wired and tired at the same time? That's rarely just a mood. It's your nervous system, and the state it's in right now changes how everything around you feels. Now your HRV readings have a new way to tell that story. Nervous System Snapshot shows you what's actually happening inside you in real time — your Intensity, Ease, and Clarity — so you can start to see why the same task feels easy one moment and impossible the next. It's one of the most personal things Welltory can do: help you explore the connection between your body and your experience, as it happens. To try it, go to Settings and turn on Nervous System Snapshot. The new view appears in your Journal, and you can switch back to Heartbeat Reports anytime. You've been collecting data for a while now. This update is about finally making it feel personal, not just accurate. This is the one that changes how Welltory feels to use. — Insights appear on your Today Screen every time you open the app, just below your main metrics. Each one is a short, clear observation about your body right now, based on your data from today and yesterday. A sleep pattern shaping how you feel, a stress wave worth a second look, an energy drain you hadn't noticed. Tap any Insight to see exactly where it lives in your data. — Self-Discovery lets you run a small experiment on yourself. Start tracking for one to two hours, wear your Apple Watch, and go about your day as usual. When it's done, you'll get a minute-by-minute breakdown of how that stretch of time moved your stress and energy. Not averages, but the actual shape of that specific period. Look for the Self-Discovery block on your Today Screen to get started. Stay tuned & rate us if you enjoy using Welltory.

Meet My Patterns — turning scattered stress moments into your personal map. At first, stress can feel random — a racing heart after a meeting, exhaustion after a hard conversation, or a sudden wave of calm during a walk. Think of it like a jar you keep filling. Every tag you add, however you choose to log it, drops another piece into the jar. Over time, those pieces stop looking random and start forming a living map of what stresses you out and what brings you back. — See which people, places, and habits keep showing up when you're stressed and which ones actually help you unwind. — Track whether your recovery is growing over time, and notice the patterns that repeat across your days. — Spot the rare signals your body reacts to most strongly — the kind no generic score could ever catch. It's not just about knowing you were stressed. It's about understanding what drains you, what restores you, and what deserves your attention. Stay tuned & rate us if you enjoy using Welltory.
