We’ve made it easier than ever to keep your essential account details secure and up-to-date! If your social security number (SSN) or current residential address is missing from your account profile, you can now add this essential information directly from your Profile screen.

We solved a bug where users could bypass LFA during onboarding. This caused for example displaying errors on the Profile and Account screens. We are introducing a gentle reminder on the Profile screen for users who are missing essential CIP details. See in thread for screenshot. Users will get prompted with the pop-up if they try to exit until the information is provided. However, the user can still kill the app to bypass the flow and complete other critical actions.

We focused on streamlining your experience! It's now easier to upload documents and complete account verification.

Login issue resolved: We fixed a bug that caused some users to get stuck on the "Review in progress" screen when logging in.

Login is back to normal: They say lightning doesn't strike twice, but a login bug unfortunately found its way back into the app. A fix has been deployed so you can access the app seamlessly. We sincerely apologize for the repeat performance and thank you for sticking with us!

- Bug Fixes: We squashed some bugs related to updating personal information in the app. Because of this, some users may be prompted to resubmit their SSN to keep everything accurate and secure. - Ask Qapital Improvements: We made general improvements to Ask Qapital, your ultimate tool for instant financial insights. See what your money is doing by simply tapping one of our preset questions to get quick answers to things like "How much did I spend this month?" or "How are my rules doing?".
