5/5Subtitles broken
Everything about this app is pretty dang good. You can either airplay, use dlna, or cast to the receiver app if you have one installed on the tv. Airplay works quite good but limited to 1080p 60. Using the dlna can work much higher but it depends on your tvs capabilities of what files and performance. But you can if it exists download the app on your tv and connect the phone to that app. Then I haven’t had any issue with ANY video playing. I can change audio track and overall it’s really good. Only issue is that subtitles don’t work correctly at all. A file I know has subtitles ingrained doesn’t show any subtitles. Meaning I can’t watch any anime unless it’s dubbed. Additionally the apps find subtitles online functionality doesn’t work correct even though I’m looking for one punch man s1 e1 I get stranger things. Put simply what works it’s really really good. No clutter and the best app out of many I’ve tried. Once or if subtitles get fixed I’ll change to 5 stars and like buy any pro or whatever as it’s the only app that works correctly (minus subs). Update 5 stars Subtitles still aren’t perfect but honestly. This app is the best on the store. They deserve the 5 especially since they don’t have a subscription but just a flat fee. Big fan of the app and like I said it’s jus the best at what it does.

5/5The greatest app I have ever used
Lately I’ve been cord cutting from streaming services and watching a lot of let’s say “independent media”. I was looking for a way to cast video from websites to my TV because AirPlay never works, and this does the job perfectly. The built in browser of this app is amazing at blocking pop ups and ad redirects, better than any other app in the App Store. Once you get to the page for your video, it does a great job at scraping all sources, and even has proper support for adaptive resolutions. It connects seamlessly to an app on the tv (I use both Roku and FireTV), and just like that, your video is playing. It even supports subtitles which, despite what some reviews say, works great for me. It isn’t very good at scraping the subtitles from the video host, but you can search for subtitles in the app to instantly download, or you can add subtitles from your own local file. If the timing is off, you can even manually adjust the timing in the app, which I greatly appreciate. I use this a lot for things like obscure foreign horror films. The app does have some built in banner ads and pop ups ads, which are a little annoying but not terrible. I payed $3.99 for premium to turn them off which was well worth it. I use this app daily and highly recommend it.

5/5BIG PROBLEM SINCE NEW IOS UPDATE
Hello. I have been using this Web Casting App for about going on two years now. I must say, I love it. Now, like any other App, you may have to delete it and restore it, all of the built up that needs to be deleted, that’s fine. The issue I am having is I deleted the App from the TV, I deleted and reinstalled the App from my iPhone. If the websites have ads, they want you to unblock it. There’s a lot of delays with whatever you are trying to cast before, during and after. It will just freeze period. I deleted the App from my TV again and my iPhone and reinstalled in both areas. I would watch something, it worked well at the beginning, then again the freezing. I would press the fast forward, and again, it freezes. I got so annoyed today because this has never happened. I will try it again. When will there be some update in the his App? I will have to look for something else until the update are completed.

5/5Ive tried at least 20 casting apps and none compare
Have you ever tried 123 movies or F movies from Safari on your iPhone? It’s ridiculous. How many times have you had to switch back to your screen after some random pop-up takes you to a different page? But with this app, you don’t have to worry about any of that because it blocks those pop-ups for you, so I’m able to watch movies that are still in the movie theaters before they come out on streaming, so this app works twofold. It also works well when I’m streaming PPV fights for free. Those sights can have a-lot of pop ups as well but this completely takes them away. It’s like a TV pirates dream.

4/5This app is great, but...
This app is great, but it could use a few improvements. I have a love/hate relationship with this app because when it works properly, it's wonderful. However, my biggest pet peeve is getting subtitles to work. I usually have to download the subtitles and sync them manually because the embedded subtitles in each video don't come up on my TV screen. I see they have made some improvements with the ability to sync subtitles, but I'm still not very happy with having to download subtitles when they are already embedded in the video. My other problem with this app is that I frequently have issues connecting to the smart video caster app on the Apple TV or to my Chromecast. That results in me having to clear my settings and restart my devices, which usually gets things working again. Overall I think the app is worth the small fee because of the ability to cast to any device and that the in app browser is excellent at blocking pop ups and redirects.
