4/5Great presentation of data but widget issues
The app graphical presentation provides a lot of data at a glance - high and low temps for the next few days, cloud/sunny conditions, rain probability and precipitation, wind, etc. It is better than anything I have seen. It allows you to choose between different weather sources and there are a lot of choices in terms of how to present the data and how the graphic appears. But most encouraging is that the author is continually making improvements and likes to get suggestions from the users. The Apple watch app is one of the better ones I have seen. Great complications. Just make sure you install the weathergraph app on your watch in order to make the complications and the app available on the watch. WIDGET ISSUE: (I down graded my star rating from 5 to 4 due to this ) My biggest complaint is with the widgets. They are the best designs that I have seen - providing the most information at a glance. However, they do not update all the time and you have to open the app to get them to update - defeats the purpose of a widget. The developer blames Apple, but I don’t seem to have this issue with Carrot or other third party weather widgets. Even so, it is one the best weather apps out there.

2/5Good when the watch complication works
Just too frustrated that the watch complication is often showing nothing at all, or old data that doesn’t update. Widgets has the same issue occasionally. Deleting the app sometimes fixed and sometimes it doesn’t. Restarting devices sometimes fixes, and sometimes doesn’t. A bug on Apple or not, it’s not useful when it fails and it’s been like this for over a year now I believe. Additionally the full page pop up is quite annoying. Worse though, sometimes it shows up with no X so you can’t even close it and the app can’t be used. The sad part is if it worked consistently, I’d actually buy it - but without faith that it will of course I won’t spend on a lifetime license for it. I’ve reported bugs many times but can’t tell if they are ever really addressed. It’s great when it’s working though.

1/5Still trying to actually work
Update on 2025, Feb. 20. New release claiming better updating. Still doesn’t work. Even with the latest version put out today, the widgets DO NOT update correctly until you fully open the app. That defeats the purpose of having a widget. After not using the app or the widget for almost an entire day, I scrolled through my stack of weather widgets, eventually getting to this one. And it STILL showed a temperature that way out of line with all the others. It was off by more than 10 degrees. It didn’t update until I fully opened the application. Only then, after basically ignoring the widget, did I get a temperature that was within 2 degrees of all the other apps. At least when I manually opened the app, it refreshed itself to the current stats instead of showing that it was “3 hours ago”. I still don’t get why it is so difficult to have an accurate and updated set of stats in the widget. All 7 of the other weather widgets update as soon as I scroll to them, so it’s obviously something other developers have done. Being a weather geek and severe weather spotter for the National Weather Service in the US, I’ve tried every weather app that has been made for the iPhone. I’ve been doing it since before the iPhone was invented! This app is the ONLY one that just never works correctly. Such a shame, because it is attractive. At least it doesn’t have annoying bears or lame anime characters with umbrellas.

5/5The greatest, most intuitive, and beautiful weather app ever created.
First of all, the app is gorgeous. Whether on Mac, iPhone, iPad, or my Apple Watch - it’s simply fantastic, smooth, and very customizable. The graph is where the real genius comes in though. At a simple glance you can see temperature, precipitation, UV, humidity, pressure, clouds, wind speed and direction, and more for an entire week or farther. It really is incredibly well done and the sheer amount of information you can gather visually, just at a glance, is insane. It would take forever to get all this information and put it into context with times if it were simply in text form. The widgets are amazing. After the death of Dark Sky, I thought nothing could ever match it. Well, this app blows Dark Sky out of the water. Literally the best weather app ever created.

5/5Glanceable Weather Line Graphs
I love weather apps that show graphs to represent current and forecasted weather. Weathergraph allows a lot of customization of the views and themes, and things like temperature, precipitation, wind, humidity and more can be represented in the graph. Overall I love the customization including horizontal and vertical graphs (like Dark Sky used to offer), and there are many data sources available. I like that when viewing other locations the ‘current’ location temp and condition glyph show in the top corner allowing to quickly jump back to view the details for your current location. The iOS 26 update has been good, with Liquid Glass visuals when pressing on the graph for the detailed views. The developer has been making steady updates over the past year with big features (multiple locations), and they’re very responsive to user feedback and issues. The app requires the pro upgrade to get the most of it—if you love the way it shows the weather I’d recommend the subscription or ‘lifetime’ upgrade. Multiple locations and weather data sources make this a full featured weather app worth consideration, and it’s a nice companion with other weather apps.

A bug fix release: Smoother chart scrubbing — Scrollbars no longer disappear or cause layout shifts when dragging on the weather chart Fixed chart interaction — Resolved issue where scrolling could get stuck after scrubbing the chart Fixed weather icon colors in iconic theme on white background Cleaner rain notifications — Removed redundant intensity words when amount is shown (e.g., "9 mm/h rain" instead of "9 mm/h severe rain") More reliable precipitation alerts Previously: Multiple locations — the most-requested Weathergraph feature — is finally here. Tighter layout to show as much weather info as possible at first sight. Thanks for challenging me to do this, David! Bottom toolbar now collapses on scroll, just like Safari’s address bar, lto let the forecast shine Completely rewritten widget charts should finally avoid the issue where the rendered chart images could become too large for the iOS widget system. When that happened, the widget showed "…" instead of the actual forecast. It seems the operating system creators did not expect anyone to pack so many layers of information into a widget at once. Pressure is now much easier to read. A new Pro trend strip under the chart shows whether pressure is holding steady, rising, or falling. Fast changes stand out with stronger marks and colour, so you can spot a front moving in sooner — useful for hiking, sailing, flying, fishing, or weather-sensitive heads and joints. You can now also design the chart more freely with the new theme editor. Mix palette, style, sky detail, and accent colour, or start from a preset, to make Weathergraph fit your style.
