"body": "Generally you're better off sticking your head out the window in Switzerland to tell the weather than relying on an App. This app changes its forecast mid-day to keep up-to-date with the fluctuations. Not really helpful when you're trying to decide whether or not to ride your bike to work or not... But in a city like Luzern its the weather - though you'd think forecasting has evolved enough to at least give an 8 hour prediction with some form of accuracy.",
