"title": "Doesn’t work- it’s that simple",
"body": "I had great hopes based on the features and reviews. It doesn’t work. I’ve tried repeatedly, using different combinations, and all I get is “unexplained error.” I paid the $20 for the upgrade and nothing changed. I then sent an email to the developer more than two weeks ago asking to make it work or a refund. I’ve heard nothing. Perhaps this open appeal gets their attention and they do one of the above. If it works I’d probably love it. Eagerly waiting to hear from them.",

"body": "I am giving this 1 star review because I have asked twice over a 10 day period for an answer as to how you can save a watermark you create and are you able to add a watermark to more than one image at a time. It is a pain to have to recreate it over and over when you have 20 photos to do. I haven’t received an answer. I even paid for Pro. Poor way to handle customers",
