We fixed two bugs in this update. First, a crash that could happen when previewing a player's song start time -- specifically when Apple Music was in an inconsistent state. It was rare, but if it hit you, the app went down hard. That's gone. Second, a "snap loud" glitch where the volume would spike for a split second after a player's walk-up song faded out. If you were using certain brands of Bluetooth speakers, you definitely heard it. (But not anymore!) Your game-day experience really matters to us. This also simplifies the Apple Music permissions to reduce accidentally dismissing it so that your players get their song every time. Switching tabs mid-game no longer cuts the walk-up announcement short - your announcer will finish the whole thing even if you wander over to Settings to fiddle with something. The between-innings Play button also won't step on an active walk-up anymore. And a few edge cases around rapid taps got cleaned up so the lineup behaves exactly like you'd expect at game speed. Play your own music files You can now use MP3s and other songs stored on your iPhone as walk-up songs. Find them under the "My Library" tab in the song picker.
