Dear OVPN Spider Team, First of all, thank you for your amazing service. Your app has been extremely useful for users like us in countries with internet restrictions, and we truly appreciate your efforts in providing such a reliable tool. However, after the recent update, we’ve noticed some changes that are causing serious issues in daily usage, especially in countries like Iran where the internet is unstable and frequently disconnects. Specifically: 1. The 30-minute cooldown after disconnecting makes it very difficult for us to reconnect during unstable connections. In many cases, the VPN disconnects not by user choice but because of poor connectivity. Having to wait 30 minutes each time significantly limits usability. 2. The removal of the “Share to OpenVPN” option has also made it more complicated to use servers that previously worked well. This feature was essential for quickly sharing and testing servers that were functional in our specific network environment. We kindly ask if you could reconsider these restrictions, or at least offer a version of the app or an option that suits users with unstable internet connections. 4/5signal gets very very slow
This is best free vpn ever but the new update still need some fixing when you connect to a server signal get really slow most times it stops browsing until you disconnect it please fix this I’m really enjoying this vpn I like the fact that you can connect to a server straight from the OvpnSpider without importing files to the OpenVPN I hope the developer gets the connection issues fixed it’s gets very very slow when you connect to a server please fix this and i will give it 5 stars

4/5The app keeps telling me that there was an error attempting to connect to the selected server
I’m from Venezuela and I trying to use the vpn from Colombia, but each time I try to conect, keeps telling me that “there was an error attempting to connect to the selected server” and in the OvpnSpider when I’m search for a new server from colombia, the list it’s empty even when im keep reloading over and over again, its like there was no more servers from colombia and i need them extremly much!!😭 PLEASE HELP ME 😭

1/5Contradictory info, complicated installation, not private
1- Contrary to saying here the app is “*Free”, they charge you $1.99 a month. 2- After downloading the app, there is no direction what to do, like other major apps. NOT user Friendly at all. 3- You have to sign a consent to let the servers use your info. A joking privacy issue. 4- The extremely long and various contracts that you have to sign shows that Open VPN is more interested in protecting itself than its clients. 5- Providing no link or email address for contacting customer service. I decided to remove the app. Probably I am SAFER AND MORE AT EASE WITHOUT VPN LIKE THIS! ***Despite the fact that I canceled my subscription immediately after joining OpenVPN, I DID NOT RECEIVE any confirmation of cancellation. Apple should take responsibility to protect the interest of its members. And not to immediately charge their account. There should be at least 2 weeks to one month grace period for people to evaluate the product and decide whether they want to keep the product or not! Otherwise people stop their Apple Pay account.

Love this freaking app with my entire soul, it’s the one I always go to, plus it’s free and has many options? Literally amazing. Only thing that upsets me is when the server I need at whatever specific time isn’t available or there is none to load but it’s not that big of a deal. Once again, love it
