I expect the Volvo app to work. it keeps dropping my car and I have to do the reset. I guess it could be the car, but the car says it's fine. I expected much better than broken trash.

The app used to be okayish but coming from another auto manufacturers app and vehicle I guess I expected it to do a lot more than it does. Now it's day three of it telling me "car offline since yesterday" and I've driven the car multiple times, reset the infotainment system, cleaned cache and uninstalled reinstalled the app. Reset the modem by long pressing the front defroster button until the SOS button blinked on and off. if anyone knows how to fix this that's why I'm here reading the reviews.

No longer connects to my car. It says my car has been offline for over 12 hours with no internet connection. I just started my car and in the open, parked. My XC60 works fine. It's connected to my cellphone and Sirius XM. I even restarted my cellphone Samsung Galaxy S24+, but the Volvo app still says my car is not connected to the internet and can't tell me my car status or do any functions. App is broken, again.

I have two Volvo cars and both constantly go offline. What is the point of the app if I can't start the cars remotely? Have been dealing with the exact same issue for three years. Still waiting it to be fixed...🤔🙄

I wish I could upload a photo, but you've made the remaining time until full charge completely illegible. I have good eye sight and I have to squint and put my phone right up to my face to read it. I don't know how something so basic can get through QA. Probably because you don't have any. Oh and the new massive super-sized buttons and UI is a disgrace to any modern UI design. With how much you developers are paid you should truly be ashamed.
