This was my second time flying Volaris, and once again the app failed to generate my boarding pass despite entering all my information correctly. It feels intentional — like a way to force passengers to the counter so they can upsell extra services or charge for ‘personal attention.’ After struggling, I uninstalled and reinstalled the app, and it finally worked. Extremely frustrating and unreliable for a low-cost carrier that pushes digital check-in so hard. Need to fix these bugs ASAP

The new update ruins everything. You’d assume the cheapest flight is the direct one but it’s not. It’s the one with the longer delays and is placed all the way at the bottom. Why would someone want a 3hr flight to become a 7-11hr flight? Make it make sense volaris. I was a #1 volaris fan and this update with these crazy prices is not it. Especially when losing my place they decide to add on another $60+ for what? I didn’t even close the app for 2 minutes!!! Ridiculous

This is not the first time they’ve made me waste my time until the flights suddenly become “unavailable” even though they were clearly available when I tried to book them (I have an annual pass). The app is unreliable, disorganized, and honestly one of the worst booking experiences I’ve had. Customer service was not help at all, make me waste more then 12 hours and they just keep saying to wait and contact them later even the I told them that I only can get my ticket 24 hours before the flight. Worst airline line and customer service

First offense: I was directed to download the app since you cannot check-in online via desktop Second offense: When prompted to provide my documentation, the app does not allow for manual entry of my information (prefer manual entry instead of camera use) Third offense: After “checking in” (informed I was checked in but the app displays I need to check in still), boarding passes cannot be displayed but can be found under My Trips. I went to My Trips and boarding passes are still unavailable. With the advancements in technology, user interfaces are labeled as improved and easy to navigate, however, this experience was the opposite of that.

My experience with Volaris was extremely disappointing from start to finish. There was very little communication or clear instruction provided, which made the entire process stressful and confusing. We were charged additional fees that did not seem justified, and when we questioned the charges and showed proof of our luggage measurements, staff were dismissive and unhelpful. At one point, we were even threatened with having our luggage removed simply because we addressed the overcharge. The customer service throughout the airport was rude, and it often felt like passengers were being treated unfairly rather than assisted. Unfortunately, the poor experience continued on the plane. When passengers asked for something, the flight attendants often made them feel uncomfortable or like they were a burden for simply requesting assistance. Volaris has a lot of room for improvement when it comes to communication, customer service, and treating passengers with respect. A little kindness and professionalism would go a long way toward creating a much better travel experience.

No merece ni una sola estrella. La app de esta aerolínea NO SIRVE EN ANDROID. Adquirí una tarifa plus en mi vuelo y en la app sale que tengo Zero; en la web mi reserva sí sale con mi tarifa y me da el check in pero en la app NO. Un familiar se percató de que todo sale correcto desde el software de la manzanita. Tuve que realizar mi check in desde otro dispositivo, con otro software y, aunque ya sale mi pase en la app, en Android los datos siguen siendo INCORRECTOS.

Un familiar se percató de que todo sale correcto desde el software de la manzanita. Tuve que realizar mi check in desde otro dispositivo, con otro software y, aunque ya sale mi pase en la app, en Android los datos siguen siendo INCORRECTOS.",
