I love this. I am 67 and not very savy with electronics but my daughter and granddaughter sang me Happy Birthday at 3 1/2 and was just so cute and left it on a voice message on my phone. I had to find a way to save it. This is what I found and I was so happy it was so easy. Love it!!! John In addition…I now have multiple voicemails saved from my only brother before his demise. I checked it a few minutes ago and all were gone. A pop up stated I had no saved voice messages. I went into panic! I did a text to the creator and truly was depressed feeling like that was it. All lost and nobody really will respond anyway. Within 2 minutes I was contacted personally by the creator with full explanation and apology’s and assured it was just updating and all would be restored by tomorrow. What can I say. So amazing. She is truly a caring real person who created this wonderful app. Thank you so much for your creativity. John

5/5Great app, best customer service
I got this app a couple of years ago to store my Dads voicemails since I went through a new phone every year. Thankfully I did, he passed away last month. It was nice to be able to login into Voicemail Saver and go through what I saved. It’s very easy to use, once you save the VM’s you can date and label them for easy finding. The quality of the sound is good. The customer service with this company is the best I’ve ever received. Since I created this years ago, I of course forgot my password and couldn’t log on. After I reached out to them over email, minutes later, they helped me retrieve my info over text on a Saturday morning. I was so relieved the old voicemails still saved.

5/5Fantastic Customer Service from Arles!
I was having trouble finding saved voicemails on the app so I sent an email to customer service. I received a follow up email immediately including instructions on how to recover the voicemails. He also included his phone number if I still had trouble. I was able to call him and he walked me through my problem in just a matter of minutes. I was very thankful to recover those saved voicemails which included some that go back to 2008. Thank you so much for helping save these precious memories of phone calls from my loved ones.

5/5Great app to save passed ones voicemails
I purchased this app because I needed a place to store voicemails from my mother who passed away. I had a little trouble figuring it out at first. I emailed the company and they immediately responded and called me and walked me through it. Its easy to upload your voicemails then lets you label and date each voicemail, very organized . I had to get a new phone and all my voicemails were right on the app when I downloaded it. Very happy with this app!

5/5Very thankful for suggestions made technical support
I had some voice memos that were very important to me and I purchased this app. After purchasing I realized that the App was for saving voice mail not voice memos. As they say “ win some , lose some and some are rained out”. A day after purchasing this App I got an Email from their technical support stating “See you purchased our App but see you have not downloaded any voice mail. Any way we can give you any help”? Wrote back and explained the above situation. They wrote back just forward the voice memos to the App. (Click on the voice mail, click on forward, click on Voicemail icon). WORKS LIKE A CHARM. 👏🏻👍🏼 Thanks to this technical support group reaching out to a new user of the App. Made my day.
