"title": "App is so glitchy it renders it useless.",
"body": "This app is incredibly glitchy. To start, sometimes when the app starts up, it gets stuck on an advertisement screen, and no matter how many times I hit the x it doesn’t leave, so I end up having to restart the app, sometimes just to have the same thing happen again. What’s worse is, once you manage to get into the app, when playing “hit the note”, the piano plays the first note for you to hit, but will not play the next note(s) for you to hear, it’ll just show you the key on the piano. My musical knowledge isn’t vast enough to sing a note by name without hearing it first, and I expect that’s the same story for several other people interested in a beginner voice training app. So, after this experience, I’m sticking to Vanido, a voice training app which I highly recommend and has been delightful and easy to use so far.",

"body": "I paid for the app but I still see ads. They changed their billing after I purchased it, and although I am a premium user, the ads disrupt my practice. I’m so tired of contacting customer service that I’m writing this review. I also can’t access certain parts of the app either. The app would be outstanding without this problem.",
