1. 3/5Was good until ….

   First of all, the pictures started disappearing when you open up the card so I had to reload a bunch of those which was very time consuming. Then all of a sudden it didn’t recognize our subscription no matter what I did. So I deleted the app and then reinstalled it, and all of my son’s cards were gone. So I guess what, I canceled. I spent so much time setting this up for my son and lost all of that time. As long as it’s working, it’s a good app though.

2. 1/5Paid for this outright years ago, now they’re charging us subscription for same features we bought!

   I’m really disappointed with the team at V2go. We have been using this app for my now 12 year old non-verbal autistic son for roughly the 7-8 years. We bought the pro version when we first downloaded the app and now the devs have changed to a subscription model and locked us out of features we PAID FOR and were using for years. My son relies on this app to communicate as do many other people, and to try and charge people twice for features the bought outright years prior is scummy business practice. No one who bought this outright should be charged again to use the features they paid for previously. Not only that, I tried emailing the team about it and received no reply. They clearly care more about monetizing their customers and those with special needs more than letting people use the features they paid for previously. You guys need to rethink your business model.

3. 5/5Visuals2Go Quick Review

   I am a PT Student, and we had an assignment to look up an application for assistive technology. Visuals2go is what I chose! This application was extremely simple to use, and had step by step instructions in multiple places if something could not be figured out. The basics of the free app were still extremely helpful, useful, and relevant for every day activities. The sentences were easy to form, but also easy to edit. The communication device is easy enough for a child to learn, or an adult with a learning disability to use. This app could be very beneficial to clients that have trouble communicating l, and could open lots of doors to social interaction in many ways.

4. 5/5Amazingly responsive

   I am so impressed with the customer service and dedication. I actually contacted the company, because my daughters favorite food item was not on the app. They added it, but you needed a subscription. I emailed them a second time, and asked if they could add it for individual (one time) purchase, since we are just trying the app out at this time. They actually honored that request as well. I am blown away by how much they care, to respond so quickly, and then honor 2 requests. Especially when they could have just told me I needed to subscribe, but they were sympathetic to the fact I’m trying different things out to see what works for my daughter. I really recommend trying this app.

5. 4/5Glider to make small/large buttons

   We use this app, got monthly subscription for my 8 yo autistic son, the down part of it is the glider option which is recently added, it is so frustrating, even not touched pictures get so large that 4 pictures occupy whole I pad screen, I have emailed twice but no response wish they had option to lock the glider.
