5/5Just what I needed
I have been searching a long time for a meditation like this. I honestly have not been able to stay awake to hear the end of it, because it is so relaxing that I fall asleep. Although I didn't purchase this for sleep , I definitely needed something to reduce stress and anxiety do to a medical condition which has been interfering with sleep. This has truly helped with all three conditions. I look forward to listening to this everyday! I have others meditations by the same narrator, but this is hands down the best in my opinion.

5/5My favorite meditation
I started practicing AJ’s meditations about 15 years ago during a time when I was feeling anxious, and I can truly say they made a big difference in my life. AJ’s guidance is calming, grounding, and deeply supportive. I highly recommend AJ Meditations to anyone seeking more peace, clarity, healing and balance.

2/5May 2021: App Keeps Crashing!
This app no longer works. It immediately crashes when clicked on. Won’t open at all. Please fix. Was disappointed that the Daily Reminder feature has been eliminated from this latest version of the app. UPDATE: The Daily Reminder function is still there but you can no longer customize the sound of the alert tones. Also, the hypnotic narration seems to have been shortened and changed substantially. Wish there was a way to get the old version back.

I have a lot of anxiety that sometimes causes me pain in certain areas of my body. This app and Andrew Johnson’s voice is pure magic for feeling better. I absolutely love every aspect.

I wish there were more healing meditations by AJ. I would love three or four similar to this one. This one is so good at helping to imagine healing yourself and project good health. Please do more!

Thanks for hanging with us on this update. We fixed the bug causing the app to indicate that users had subscribed to our newsletter when they hadn't. This bug did not actually subscribe users to the newsletter, but incorrectly indicated that a subscription had occurred. We also fixed a bug that was affecting the delayed wake function for users outside of the Pacific Standard Time Zone. We also added a "like" button for liking us on Facebook. We have a really great community of users on Facebook that are chatting with us and each other about the apps. We are really excited about this. "Like" us on Facebook and help us figure out which apps to make next.
