I liked how I could charge my card online, but I’ve been trying to this week and it wouldn’t work at all. There’s no number to call the company! They have a number on the back of the card but it’s disabled. Fix the issue.

The app is good but seriously what is wrong with the bus timing, it feels way too random like they don't even have a schedule, I cant even count the times i went to work late because the buss did not follow the timing on the app. This app would become soooo much better if only they follow a precise time, like come on that is the whole point of using the bus right, and they cant even do that right. Seriously sometimes I prefer to take a taxi which is higher price than to take the bus because I know I wont get to work on time that day with the bus random timing.

The time on app not real also the road to bus not real it’s connect u from amman bus to any normal bus so u need always to have cash to ride normal bus and they are so bad and old it’s called costar so be careful
