VFS told me that Visabot does not book their appointments, and therefore I did NOT have one ! VBOT would do nothing about it: assigned appointment with no further instructions so I figured I had an appointment. I had paid them the money! Ripped me off for $100 and now I have to completely start again. Thanks VBOT for really messing me up",
