   I initially gave this one star because none of the features worked. And then I figured out what the problem was. Cellular data for the app was turned off. (On Ipad Air 4th generation.) But I didn’t realize it until I uninstalled then reinstalled the app. It was then that the app prompted me to connect to the internet, which I already was, but the app wasn’t. The app should be configured to auto prompt the user to turn on cellular data if it’s turned off; otherwise, it appears as if the app’s features don’t work.

   I am an artist trained in advertising with MANY apps. You sent me a notification asking me why I am not using your app. I tapped on your notification to take your “survey “, a screen with questions popped up for about 3 seconds and then the nag screen in your app hit me in the face! No way to get back to your survey! The repetition of your nag screen is very irritating! So here is my feedback. A three day trial is not long enough for a busy person like myself to assess any app. I liked what little I was able to experience. But not enough experience to get me to subscribe. I suggest a limited functioning version as an option. I don’t like subscription apps (I only subscribe to 3). I prefer to pay once &/or buy components. Once or twice of your video on your nag screen is enough. Continuously repeating it is annoying and takes away from its quality and message. You are losing me as a possible customer because of these things. You have lots of competition out there. Please give your app and your customers the attention they deserve. 3. 2/5Extremely buggy

   I really wanted to like this app, but there are too many bugs that can’t justify the price. Here are a few things that I hope the developers will consider fixing or adding: 1) Add a “save” button. You can only Quit and Save, Quit, or Cancel 2) Explain that the slider to change the speed of the overlay both controls the speed and the direction of the animation. It starts at 0 and if you go to the right, it speed things up 1x and 2x. But if you go the left starting at 0, it changes the direction of the animation. Like, I was using the rain effect and the rain didn’t go slower like expected, the rain started falling upward as if reversing time. 3) When I get out of the program and choose to edit a video, it doesn’t load correctly. The project looks unrecognizable because it’s so digitally scattered. 4) There is no versatility for the brush you use to edit the clipping mask for a video overlay. It is one size, and when you use it there is this annoying magnifying glass feature that hovers above the brush to show you a closer look at what you’re doing. You can’t get rid of it and it gets in the way 95% of the time. 5) The lasso tool works very poorly. It was the only tool that I could use to get a somewhat straight line but takes practice and even then it’s far from perfect. 6) Better options for rain would be appreciated This app has a lot of potential; the sky replacement feature worked very well. I’ll download it again if I hear it’s gotten better.

4. 3/5Years of failed exports...

   I have been using Vimage to animate my book covers for a long time and usually things go okay. However, about 1 in every 4 exports causes the app to crash. This usually happens when I've used 3 or more effects, which the app will allow up to 5 effects, and if I want the Vimage to be longer than 5 seconds which is the lowest amount of time it can run for... this sadly means I can never really get the full usage of the app and I PAID for the yearly subscription... I even went a whole 6 months without using the app because it was making me so angry... And before anyone asks me to reach out to customer service. I did. Over a year ago when I first observed this issue and unfortunately they cannot help me with it because they act like they don't know what it is or why my account is reacting this way. So in the end I just have to use the app however I can and hope for the best.

5. 3/5Problem with app

   Hello, I really like y’all app. I also have it on my Samsung phone. So I decided to get the app, on my iPad too. My problem is I purchased the 1 month pro subscription. I’m hoping to change that to a yearly subscription soon. I also purchased the Premium Subscription, so I could add more effects. The thing is it won’t let me add extra effects and if it does and then save my project, some of the texts or effects disappear. I also cant seem to save as a gif, like on the phone app and it won’t let me save anything longer than a 5 second video. Like I said I love y’all app, but these things need to be fixed. I paid for the premium and would like what the premium says you get. Thank you
