   I had this app called Video Crop, but I deleted it today and wrote a bad review because of how greedy and untrustworthy the app was. I looked for a new app to crop my videos, and the others didn’t look very hot either. They had very bad reviews and they wanted subscriptions and premiums, etc. That kind of stuff. I never pay for anything on apps. It’s ridiculous. I found this app, and so I looked at the reviews. I was really surprised because this app had really good ratings and reviews. I downloaded it right after. I tried cropping a video. It was quick and easy! I probably sound like a robot, but it’s true. It was straight to the point and except for a couple ads, it’s the best video cropping app I’ve used so far. I said “Is this Real..?” because I have finally found a believable app. I would recommend this app to anyone, really. **After getting the app, I saw a lot of 1 star reviews and ratings saying there’s a bug that won’t go away. I don’t know anything about that because it hasn’t happened to me. Just remember, the glitch is nobody’s fault. Not the developers or you.** Thank you and have a good day. :)

   I was surprised to see all the negative reviews?! If you want a professional editing app with bells and whistles, spend the money and buy one. This is simple, straightforward, and really easy to use! Actually, it's as simple as cropping a picture in your photo gallery. And, unlike some other apps like it, they don't add watermarks and make you pay to remove them. I have downloaded all the apps from this developer. Crop app, edit/cut/trim app, compressor app, and the special effects app. They're all great and all free. For every, sometimes every other, video you edit, you may have to X out of 1 ad before you start and occasionally, there is one that you have to wait an entire 5 seconds before you're able to close it. And maybe there's an barely noticeable, small bottom ad banner, but it's so unobtrusive that I can't even remember or say for sure if there is one or if there's one there all the time. Personally, closing one ad is perfectly reasonable and not a big deal... considering you have to do that for many paid apps too.

   i’m looking at the YEAR OLD reviews that look like they were written by people who can barely use a smartphone. that’s a shame. yes this app will need access to your photo gallery. nearly every app on your phone does that especially any social media platforms. that isn’t anything new... this app MUST access your photo gallery to detect local video/media files to use otherwise your intentions in installing this app are oddly questionable. and yes this app has ads because like other free apps, it is a free app that costs the developers money. this doesn’t mean it’s a fluke or scam to have on your phone (not a sponsor 👀). this also isn’t new. the ads aren’t even that annoying, i’ve never had more than one while using the app. thank god we have content creators out there who want to share their sick ideas and insanely helpful creations they worked really hard on with us for the low low price of free, so with that i have no problem with seeing one stupid eyesore of an ad because in 3 seconds i know i’m gonna be able to close it and in 3 more seconds i know i’m gonna forget i saw it. i’ve only ever used this app to crop videos on my phone. for ages i had looked for something that does EXACTLY what this app does, which allows you to free form crop the video. i have never had any serious problems - sometimes i’ll select the video file though and it won’t pop up with the given audio. i personally have no clue if this is indeed a bug or just my phone though so either way, especially since it clears itself up in the end, i’m not knocking down my rating of the app. i love this app y’all. it does what it says and more. don’t knock it til ya try it.

   It’s totally a confidence that it cropped my first attempt and then when I wasn’t pleased with the result (user error not the app) so I decided I’d save the one I just did but try to do better and crop it again. As soon as I saved the video I was asked to rate the app. I declined i wanted to finish and was going to rate when I completed. I don’t like stopping mid way through a project to stroke an app developers ego. I tend to wait till I’ve been able to fully test the features of the app, so I give credit where it’s do and I would’ve given this one 5 stars. Yes the ads are annoying but that’s the developers method of compensation even though they’d have you believe it’s free and therefore you shouldn’t complain. Refusing to acknowledge the fact that the app easily makes more money through advertising and depending on the type of phone selling usage data of the user. Now I’m okay with this as long as it’s not so excessive that it causes problems wasting time. So the 15 to 30 sec ad after either prior to importing a video or as soon as the finale cut is exported. Both is a bit much but okay I’ll tolerate if the app is good. However when I decline to rate the app and would rather wait till I’m finished to do it and then I’m asked to rate when I’ve reselected the video to crop again. Then asked again prior to exporting the video and then when I view the results of my effort and see the video is black but still has the audio it tells me you’re app is wasting memory on my phone and I should have an app that breaks apples policy regarding excessively asking users for reviews and intentionally ruining my project to punish me for not wishing to help deceive more users by giving a rating when I hadn’t accurately assessed the functionality and features of the app. So here is your review thank you, next.

5. 5/5Simple and perfect, just what I needed!!

   This an amazingly straightforward and easy to use app. It does exactly what it is supposed to do, with no fuss, quickly, free, and while displaying minimal ads. Honestly, I think the bad reviewers must have their own rival apps up for sale or something, because what is there to dislike here? A 100% free video cropping app that doesn't even add a watermark, and renders the finished video with nice quality is a must have in my opinion, so this is an easy 5 stars, no question. You'll need to be realistic though, and if you're looking for a full featured video editing suite, then this is not that. However, if you just want to do one thing, 3which is crop videos on your phone for free, then look no further! This app does that, and only that, VERY WELL!
