   The app is quite useful especially for pharmacy orders and doctor reservations. I suggest adding another payment method for online payment where we can use credit/debit cards to pay in advance after placing the pharmacy order. This saves time because using machine at delivery can be time consuming and, moreover, the machine may not be always functional.

   Why app require new update that requires ios 13 or later and my iphone is 12.5.5 version and is older than can be updated to this new version and each time your app ask to update before beginning and i should press update then it tell it can’t be for yours then i can open your app and on another time to open app it ask again for same steps why is that . You’re telling me to throughout my mobile and buy newer or i can’t use your app and your services or got bored each time to open your app. لماذا كل مرة افتح برنامجكم يطالبني بعمل تحديث للبرنامج لفتح برنامجكم و عند محاولة تحديثه يقول لي أنه يشترط ان تكون إصدار أحدث من الايفون ios 13 أو أحدث ثم يمكنني من فتح البرنامج و أنا إصدار هاتفي أقدم ١٢.٥.٥ و لا يمكنني عمل هذا التحديث لموبايلي احتاج شراء أحدث منه و في كل مرة لكي افتح البرنامج يستلزم نفس الخطوات لكي يفتح طلب عمل تحديث ثم رفض نسختي للتحديث ثم فتح البرنامج...!!! أنتم تطالبوني اما ان ارمي هاتفي و اشتري أحدث أو لا اتمكن من استخدام برنامجكم و خدماتكم أو أن أمل من تكرار تلك الخطوات في كل مرة ...!!!

3. 2/5Unprofessional and no timing

   I booked an appointment through the app for a phone call with a doctor and have been waiting for the appointment for a week when the appointment time came i waited for a call and no one called 15mins later they said the call was cancelled, i ignored it and booked another appointment the same day 30 minutes after the cancellation occurred and waited for the call and to my surprise AGAIN the appointment was cancelled and i had no phone call. This is completely unacceptable and unprofessional your doctors should know that they have an appointment and come on time and when cancellation occurs there has to be a reason and beforehand not during the time of the “session”. Never again

   Great app overall only thing I didn’t like was when searching for the doctor by name it shows all the doctors except the one you searched

5. 3/5Vezeeta hides Negative Reviews

   Vezeeta hides negative reviews from users. I have multiple times rated doctors yet I don’t see my written review. I believe Vezeeta hides negative reviews to gain customer base instead of becoming honest and transparent app. However, it’s a really good and helpful app. I hope to see more transparency and honesty in the future from Vezeeta. التقويم معدل ولا يعرض بصدق وامانة من فزيتا...هناك الكثير من دكاترة في قمه النصب والاحتيال لأكن لا احد يستطيع ان يقومهم بصدق لان الاب مصمم علا ان يعرض التقاويم اكثر إيجابية فقط .....وان مانت غير ايجابيه، يعرض فقط تقويم بنجوم قليله... غير ذالك، فزيتا تطبيق رائع جدا وسهل ....اتمنى ان يكونون قد الثقة وان يعرض التقاويم السلبية
