   I use this app with the Health Smartwatch 4. I was surprised by the multitude of features and I’m still learning about things it can do. For instance I only learned the other day that the watch, when connected to the phone’s GPS can map out the route I hike (or run) when I’m going through our state forest. I’m not sure it accurately measures my peak heart rate during that but it’s close enough. Overall, the watch and app appear to be doing a lot of things that more expensive products do and it does them well. So far I am pleased with the functionality of the watch, and the battery life is good (I’ve been wearing the watch for a full week and the battery is at 46%). The downside to having something connected to your phone all the time via Bluetooth is it drains the phones battery quicker. The app itself provides a ton of information. If you spend time using it and playing with the different layers of information you will find it pretty easy to use while giving you a bunch of information. If you’re looking for a smartwatch and app that can receive calls and track your vitals, sleep, exercise and several other things, and do it for around $80, then this will work for you. If you want more bells and whistles there are other products out there but they’re more expensive. I’m a person that doesn’t need a lot so this one meets all of my expectations.

2. 5/5I love it so much + suggestion

   I absolutely love this watch I set reminders for myself to drink water and get up and walk during my work days I love getting the reward when I get to 5000 steps I love that it monitors my stress levels and my blood pressure I don’t understand the oxygen blood oxygen but I love that I can control my music and get alerts when I’m getting phone calls I love that I can change the face and I love that it has that little breathing exercise I love that it monitors all of my exercise and it keeps up with my sleep schedule those are the things that are most important to me it says that I can make a call I’m not sure or receive a call but I wasn’t able to figure that one out I do have a suggestion I do wish there was a medication reminder like the water reminder and then get up and walk reminder I wish there was a take a medication reminder. And an appointment reminder since it already has weather and date.

3. 4/5Notifications don’t work for all apps

   Getting this watch notifications was an important thing for me and the watch description and app both say notifications from smart phone without much specification, but the notifications are only for select apps. Discord is not included in these apps and while I know it’s uncommon for people to use it for their daily messaging I do with my partner so not seeing those messages is very disappointing. My reminder notifications on my phone also don’t go to the watch and having used other watches in the past I do not understand why they cannot have a general unspecified app notification to the watch. Obviously I don’t know how it works but having seen it in other watches and my general knowledge of the permissions I’ve given the app and watch it seems fairly simple since I’ve given them access to all my notifications already. Besides that the app looks great, just got it today but it looks great and the watch has a very sleek design. The other features on the watch are easy access and I appreciate the find your phone and stress features. The find your phone uses the app itself to basically make your notification sound/vibration to keep going off so it works on all phones.

4. 3/5Bad syncing

   App is ok for price of the watch. I kept looking for a watch that would sync data with Apple Health so I could get the proper combined steps for my day. Well this syncs, but instead of adding on the steps it should to my Apple Health it takes away steps. My job I push a cart and so watch doesn’t pick up what phone does in my pocket as I walk. Meanwhile when I come home and phone not on me watch gets steps phone doesn’t. It should add, just it can take away thousands of steps from my Apple Health when I sync each day! Meanwhile the step counting app for money I use is useless if I can’t ever have accurate steps recorded. My old watch of this brand worked better even with not recording steps as accurately as it used to. A shame nothing can be made good anymore. I am really disappointed. This was my 3rd watch I tried in a few weeks too. Also the sleep tracker is not very detailed. It will say I slept good just because I was in bed with a low heart rate even if I have a bad restless sleep and wake up for a minute every half hour. Really frustrating not having accurate health tracking on a budget. Only didn’t get Apple Watch because I don’t like that size on my wrist and can’t afford one anyway.

5. 2/5Not happy with limited functionality

   Truthfully, I stopped using my previous Watch app because it was an accurate. I just needed a watch with an accurate pedometer, because I really don’t use any other features such as the heart rate and oxygen monitor. Sometimes the pedometer on this watch is inaccurate even when I’m on the treadmill but most days it works just fine. What I am most disappointed about is the app itself which often logs me out which means that the watch is not connecting to the app and updating the data in real time. Now, for some reason, when I record my weight, I can no longer do decimals. Example, if there is .5 pounds to be represented the app, simply round up or down to a whole number which is incredibly unhelpful i’m not sure why this change was made but hopefully the engineering team and user design team can revert back to allow accurate tracking of weight as well as keeping people logged in so that the app in the watch actually sync properly. It is so frustrating to have to constantly login to record data when the whole point of Bluetooth is so that this is done in real time for you.
