  1. 1/5Horrible

I would give this app 0 stars if I could. Crashes constantly, glitches while in the app, and despite confirming correct password with desktop login the app will often not let me log in. Not to mention when it is functioning “normally” the layout and interface is terrible. As a 28 yo it’s difficult to navigate, I can’t even imagine how some of the older generations could ever utilize this app.

  2. 1/5Worst app in EHR community

The company needs to seriously consider replacing their app maintenance staff with a group of half decent software specialists. Not even able to log in. Constantly getting error messages after entering the correct credentials, crashing relentlessly. They fix one issue and break 3 things at the same time. The very basic things do not work in this app. I am certain the CEO is or should be (if competent) aware of the issues plaguing the app and yet the app staff still somehow have kept their jobs in the business.

  3. 1/5Worst

I would give zero stars if I could. During rollout of this EMR to the to our office I showed the Verde staff that it was impossible to login. They briefly tried to fix. It said that that was weird. This was coming up on a year ago, I am still unable to log into this app. I have complained to multiple people. No one from Verde can fix this. I can’t believe we spend money on this.

  4. 1/5Poor EHR

This EHR is enough to make me want to quit my job! It’s the equivalent of The Oregon Trail that we would play on the original Macintosh computers in the 1980’s. The app always crashes. I can’t order any prescriptions. The actual desktop EMR has stupid quirks such as “opening encounters”. There is no other software that “opens encounters” just for looking at a chart. It is not user friendly. Update: 6/1/26 Still dysfunctional. It constantly kick you out. Half the time you can’t log in. It is still the absolute worst EHR that I have ever used.

  5. 1/5The Worst

This app, let alone the EHR is probably one of the major reasons we’ve had providers leave our practice. From indexing , sending a med the user interface. The app itself is an absolute disaster. This company started in the right direction but I see no way they’re ever going to be client friendly.
