My experience with this company was horrible. I will not recommend. I read the terms and conditions before using this service and I still had a horrible experience. I order the car, had to wait a very long time before it arrived. I followed the rules about where I can drop off. once I arrived to the drop off the car wouldn't let me lock it. call customer service, found out I literally had to drop off almost on the other side of town. then the rep told me to just catch a Uber home. 0 stars

I gave it one star cause I don't know how they can have a remote controlled car when they dont even have an app that allows you to register. It sends a code to your email and when you exit the app, to go check your email for the code and go back to the app. It starts the process over again and again.... Good look...

I'm beyond disappointed. First time trying Vay & I was so excited to do so. NEVER AGAIN. App lets you order a car when you're in a location they don't deliver to. The app will show you the car being dropped off at that location even though it never showed up. When the app shows a GPS location for you, it doesn't give you a way to correct the address if it's wrong. There's no way to tell them the car was never delivered to the address THEY chose. U get to call customer service and wait on hold

MISLEADING! I've entered all my promo codes manually weeks ahead before I reserved the car. Called Vay customer support to cancel my credit card info so I can put new one. Vay rep cancelled old card, I reserved the car right after I've finished putting in my new card. Stopover botton couldn't be found on the app when I parked. Called customer support and I got a hold of a rep 15 minutes later. Ended my ride & bill shows. Noticed that my promo for $20 Off First Trip was gone. All promo vanished!
