Fixed a crash some veterans hit when adding multiple tours at the same base, plus other stability improvements. Your combined rating is now built step by step — every condition, the bilateral factor, and The amputation rule laid out plainly — with your estimated monthly payment right at the top. Left and Right, labeled right. Add one side of a knee or shoulder and it reads "Left" or "Right," not "Bilateral." Only a true both-sides pair earns the 10% bilateral factor. Search that handles the details. Commas no longer break it, so you can paste a line straight from your decision letter, and condition names like "Ankle, ankylosis of" come right up.
