"body": "This app, and its website, crashes about 70% of the time that you try to use it. It is extremely frustrating as a customer. Due to its frequent crashes, it is more worth your time and effort to drive to the location of your class and book your lessons there. This situation is very disappointing, as when it does decide to stop crashing, it is easy to use and proficient in its tasks.",

"body": "I train and work with pitchers and hitters at the little league and high school level for baseball and softball. Most my training consists of group clinics, camps and some lessons. I have been using Upper Hand to organize my business and improve how I work with clients. The new app is a great addition. They continue to help me stay up to date on technology without needing technical expertise. So far I appear to be able to use all their web software functionality and parents are enjoying the new convenience. I look forward to seeing more updates and releases but five stars out of the gates.",

"body": "The app crashes regularly and, due to a badly timed crash, created duplicate profiles so that every time I book something, it double books, but for some reason I have no option to delete the duplicate profile on the app or cancel bookings without calling the business.",
