5/5Staying Consistent Has Never Been Easier!
As a busy mom, it’s been hard to stay consistent when it comes to exercise. What I love about this app is that it makes it so easy to be consistent because of how encouraging it is! I love that friends I add can hype me up & celebrate my effort—even on days I feel like I haven’t done much! The data it showcases actually highlights all effort I make too & keeps track of what I’ve done before. The celebratory & encouraging feel of the app is unlike anything i’ve ever seen. It even has premade workouts tailored to any phase of life—even pregnancy & postpartum! A must use for anyone—even moms like me!

5/5Love that it addresses all of life’s stages
I used to work out all the time, but I never really found an app that captured everything I wanted or needed. This app does that and more. I love that it supports me through postpartum while also helping me work toward my specific goals. It gives me encouragement, practical workout ideas, and guidance that actually fits the stage of life I’m in. It’s also super easy to use, which I really appreciate. I also really love that it has created a community where I can share with and encourage others. I genuinely could not recommend it more!

5/5Actionable Insights
The app is very practical and has actionable insights that have helped me make real improvements. The app also has great features that aren’t all hidden behind a paywall. Highly recommended!

**What's New** Lots of upgrades since launch: **Cardio that fits cardio** - Log distance in miles and time for your runs, walks, jogs, and rides, and see your pace. - New exercises: Indoor and Outdoor Walk, Jog, Run, and Bicycling. - Editing a cardio workout now matches how you log it (time, distance, effort) instead of forcing weight and reps. **Find your people** - Connect your contacts to find friends already on UpLift. Contacts are matched privately and never stored. - Tap your follower and following counts to jump straight to the list. - The Follow button responds instantly. - When someone follows you, we'll nudge you to follow back, and tapping the notification opens their profile. **Smoother all around** - Save any past workout as a template, and name it right there. - The app is quicker on the first action after you open it. - A sharper "top set" in your analytics, plus a small Apple Watch fix so "Set done" always fits on screen. Thanks for lifting with us. We Lift. We UpLift.

What's new in UpLift: • Build a workout with your voice. Tap the mic and just say what you want — "a 45-minute upper-body dumbbell day" — and UpLift builds it for you, tailored to your recent training so it leans into what you've been skipping. Type it instead if you'd rather, or use the guided builder to pick your focus, gear, and time. • Import a workout from a link (Beta). Paste a YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, or article link and UpLift pulls out the routine and turns it into a template you can start or save. Still early — a few free tries a month while we dial it in. • Cardio counts now. Distance, pace, and cardio PRs show up across Progress and workout analytics, with cardio goals and celebration on the Wall. • Fix a set right from your recap. Notice a typo after you finish? Tap Edit on the summary and correct any set — and completed sets now lock so a phone in your pocket can't change what you logged. • Your Effort Score, reimagined… (+ Time in Zones, Pro) • The Floor — see who's training right now… (+ tap to see who celebrated) • Starter Programs, rebuilt… • Plus: Apple Watch always ends with your phone, auto check-out after home/outdoor workouts, and lots of polish.

0.1.6
What's new: • Your recap goes deeper. See how this session stacked up against your recent ones, and exactly what to train next time. • Every lift, coached. Your next target weight and reps, your rep-by-rep PRs, and a heads-up when a lift stalls. • A new home screen widget: the all-time weight you've lifted, right next to your streak. • A cleaner, customizable Progress page, plus a fresh new look. Showing up counts.

This update is about seeing your progress outside the gym, too. Health, over time Your Health Journal now charts steps, sleep, daylight, active energy, HRV, and resting heart rate as trends you can actually read. Look at the week, the month, or the whole year, then tap any day to see everything at once. Measurements Track your chest, arms, waist, legs, and more with a simple tape-measure log. The scale doesn't always move, but your measurements tell the fuller story. Fresh achievement badges The milestone badges got a cleaner, custom look. Plus a round of fixes to keep things fast and steady. We Lift. We UpLift.

This update is about seeing your work add up, and sharing it your way. Live volume Watch your total climb in real time. A running volume counter sits right under the workout clock and ticks up as you finish each set, matching your recap exactly. Share it your way New transparent share cards drop your stats over your own photo, Strava style. Show your volume climbing through the session, your heart rate trace, or a clean overlay, plus a card built just for your PRs. Your health, over time The Health Journal now charts steps, sleep, daylight, active energy, HRV, and resting heart rate as trends. Look at the week, the month, or the whole year, then tap any day for the full picture. Measurements Track your chest, arms, waist, legs, and more with a simple tape-measure log. The scale doesn't always move, but your measurements tell the fuller story. Smarter logging - Dips now have the added and assisted weight option, just like pull-ups (and we cleaned up the duplicate dip entries). - Enter a set but forget to check it off? It's kept when you finish now, not dropped. - Sauna and cold plunge time the session with a stopwatch instead of running a rest timer. - Cardio workouts log and total correctly. Apple Watch Your watch now shows the exact exercise and set you're on, and stays in sync with your phone through the whole workout. We Lift. We UpLift.

Bug fixes. Fixed an issue where a set you completed could occasionally fail to save when you finished a workout. Your logged sets are now reliably kept.
