5/5Wow! Just wow!
What an amazing app. It’s beautiful, intuitive, packed full of information and so engaging. I spent hours reading just about everything. The range is from the smallest named unit of measurement to the observable universe. I hope updates come with new things to learn about and compare. The music and voice over can be turned on or off (default is on) and you can choose from five accents in English. You can change the text size and units of measurement (imperial, metric or powers of ten). No ads, no in-app purchases, no subscriptions, always a plus. Running iOS 15 and so far, no bugs. I had lots of fun comparing the average woman (about my height) too crazy sizes like zeptometers. I had never heard of a zeptometer, but I have now. If you like learning this is a great app to add to your purchases. I absolutely recommend it.

5/5Can ya add more?
Can you add some things like: Sombrero Galaxy, an apple, banana, and Planet 9 (a hypothetical planet in the outskirts of our solar system and is estimated to take 10,000 to make a single orbit around the sun) please? Your app is really good nonetheless! Sorry I had to edit again: There’s something in space that’s located 14 million light years away called Cloud 9. Astronomers think it’s a failed galaxy. It’s pinkish-purple in colour and mostly made of gas and dark matter. It is estimated to be about 4,900 light years across. Another edit: Can you add a toggle where it can change between Creation and evolution? Between the Bible and science? Between Creation and the big bang? Between thousands of years and billions of years? Otherwise that, may God the Father, Jesus the Son, and the Holy Spirit/Ghost (The Trinity, three Persons in one) bless you in the production of your brand new application coming later this year! Accept Jesus as your Saviour, which will allow Him to dwell in your heart, you will, for certain, go to Heaven and live with Yelweh \'yäl•wā\ (God's real Name, but we call Him "God" to show respect).

5/5Easy & phenomenal
3rd review April 2024. Great app and after several years, I am still using it to gain perspective and increase my understanding. 2nd review 2021. It is hard to explain how great this app is. On my first review more than a year ago, I thought it was phenomenal. After longer experience, I find it even better. Wow! I like the way I can compare sizes, eg, a whale shark and an African elephant. Try it on Apple TV on a big screen TV for an even better appreciation of the immense variation of sizes. This app gives one an appreciation for the scale of the universe from the tiniest particles to the largest immensity.

5/53.0 UPDATE!
Hello To Whom This May Concern, I Have Noticed Some Updates That Made To This App, I Would Like To Make Suggestions On Other Future Updates You Post And Some I Would Like You To Return Back To It’s Original Positions/Colors Some Future Updates I Suggest Are: 1. Pistol Star (White Supergiant Star That Lays In The Pistol Nebula) 2. Monarch Butterfly Life Cycle (Metamorphosis Stage) And: 3. Custom Object Feature (In Settings) (Choose Photos And Set Them To Scale) Updates I Would Like To Change Back (If Possible) 1. Spiny Seahorse: Return To Left Facing Direction (Where It Used To Be) 2. Venus: Back To Original Surface Texture/Color (Where It Used To Be) And: 3. Neptune: Return To Original Sky Blue Color (Where It Used To Be) I Hope You Take Some Of These Suggestions Into Consideration As I Really Enjoy Using This App For Looking At The Scale Of The Universe. Thank You For The Updates!

5/5Amazing and informative
Beautifully assembled samples and fascinating information presented in such a fun way. My son learned so much from this. I take any opportunity to share science with him. To the developer: recent findings indicate UY Scuti is not nearly as large as previously thought. Recent discovery also found a new contender, Stephenson 2-18 which is definitely larger anyway. Previous candidate VY Canis Major is also larger. I submitted a link through the app support form.

3.0
· 25 Jul 2026
Version 3.0 is our biggest expansion of the Physics part of the app yet. • A whole new kind of object — point particles like quarks, leptons and bosons. Having no measurable size, they stay put as you zoom instead of growing or shrinking. • 39 objects added or significantly improved — point particles, plus more atomic nuclei and atoms, and a handful of larger objects too. • Particle physics is a tricky topic, so we added 5 short articles that explain it in a simple, easy-to-follow way — with many more articles to come. • We improved the information for many objects, refreshed the images for several of them, and polished translations and voice-over pronunciation. • We fine-tuned the soundtrack volume based on your feedback. Thank you for your continued feedback — it truly helps make Universal Zoom better with every update!
