Busy few days! - Fixed a situation where the application would accidentally 'close' when changing warning maps from England to Scotland - England Flood Warning re-write - complete overhaul - now all map based using the latest iOS map functionality. Similar coming to Scotland Flood warnings... next release.

2.49 is about flood warnings... - I’ve added a handy feature that lets you see the closest river stations to a flood warning area and view that stations readings - Big update to the Scottish warning details screen - now using the real SEPA Warning flood alerts and warnings map polygon data. Thanks to the guys at SEPA again for their help. - General tidy up of the English Warning detail screen i.e. enlarged the map, detail text can be viewed in full on a new slide up. Everything re-aligned.

Welsh river data!!! I've finally added the data from Natural Resources Wales which includes river and rain levels. Please judge this to be in 'beta'. Several updates will be happening in the next releases including view on a map (same as Scotland and England) and updating the rain view to the standard line chart version. The ability to save as a favourite will also be added soon.

- Fixed a bug around Scottish Flood Warnings. - Home page design updated, however still some work to do - Home page now displays the Environment Agency Flood Forecast information. As I had to deploy early (due to above bug) more will be added to this screen in the next release. - New design for Settings via the home page

- Added the combined EA and Met Office Flood Forecast detail screen. This is the 5 day flood forecast for England and Wales. This can be turned off if you like in settings. - Fixed a bug where the "No warnings found" message would be displayed when there were flood warnings - Fixed a bug where some UI wouldn't change when switching light/dark modes

Added the ability to view all flood warnings from the combined nations (excluding Northern Ireland) on one screen. This screen aggregates the API details from the EA, SEPA and NRW into one view and also includes an initial analytics screens showing the distribution between Severe Warnings, Warnings and Alerts. Please be aware that due to the complexity of this screen, it is currently in Beta Test.

New for SEPA Scottish river data - when viewing a Scottish river on the map (via search) the map annotations have been updated to show the current value, the highest recorded value, a gauge to show visually the progression to the highest value, and a % to the highest recorded value. A future version will have this view for EA (English) rivers.

Larger than normal update: - Complete update of Tidal screens. Now same design as River and Rain readings detail - Complete rewrite of River Search View - now you can view entire river readings with progress towards highest recorded - Fixed a bug where tidal stations displayed on a Flood Warning would not show the tidal detail correctly - Updated the Map "Search Here" button to change appearance depending on the correct zoom level.

- 'Property flooding is possible above this level' now added from available Environment Agency data. This data is not available for all English river stations. - Ability to view this level on the current level chart - Added 12 new river stations that came online in 2025 - Added the ability to view historical flood warnings.

- Completely rewritten the English river station detail view. Displays a list of current flood warnings/alerts within 5 miles of the station.

Fixed a bug where incorrect station types were being shown in warning areas. Added a feature that shows how long warnings have been in force (England only) in a league table format

- Created a new 'live' screen to view all English river station levels - 'above normal max' or 'normal' - Live rain will be added back in the next release - Some UI/UX changes

- Added a new version of the Flood Forecasting screen. Now uses Apple Maps and plots the forecasted Areas of Concern and 5 day forecast as polygons. The Flood Forecasting data is provided by a joint venture between The Met Office and the Environment Agency. - Re-architected and design tidal station screen

- Live rainfall for England re-added. - Welsh river and rain detail redesigned - ability to tap chart to see values - England rain redesigned. View amount of rain per day in a calendar format. - FFC. Forecast view redesigned and corrected. Fixed AOC polygons.
