It's stated that the app is redesigned, but no mention in all the emails that you have to delete the old app and download a new app. When they finally do mention it, it's at the end of the email. Forget about using the app, \"maintenance in progress\". For a utility that provides service to thousands of customers, it should be fixed ASAP. Do better UGI.",
