"body": "I have two elementary homeschooled children with ADHD and Autism. In the state of Nevada, there’s no funding for homeschooling. It is expensive to pay out of pocket for workbooks and materials for school. The variety of worksheets is amazing. I can pick and choose which documents on a particular subject would engage and fit my children’s learning style rather than having a workbook. Many times it is just by manipulating the information in a way that a child can understand with the right tools. I download worksheets to my iPad tablet with Apple Pencil to complete worksheets. Nevada has little to no aid in education for special needs children. We do in-clinic OT, Speech, ABA, and counseling weekly so that they may develop the skills need for life. I have ADHD and want a new path for my kids rather then something that has already been done and failed.",

I went through no telling how many free trials with Homeschool curriculum apps & sites but none have served our needs like Twinkl has. I cannot think of one negative & as most of you know; that is rare in the Homeschool world. Rarely can we find one place to get the bulk of our work. Not to mention the incredibly kind, compassionate & prompt response from their customer support any time it’s needed. I recommend them 100%!!",

"body": "I signed up for a free trial that I thought I had correctly cancelled as soon as I got the resources I wanted to use. It wasn’t until a few months later that I realized Twinkl had charged me for 4 months. I had not used the site at all other than the one time. I contacted them for a refund, and they told me that they had no record of me canceling my membership after the free trial and they refused to refund 3 of the 4 months. They offered to give me 3 months another time or allow me to gift it to someone else, but the resources were not really what I was looking for so I was not interested. They still refused to refund me for services I never used and that I thought I had cancelled correctly. At this point, due to the horrible customer service I have received, I would never consider doing business this company/site again even if there were resources I would like.",

"body": "On the website, I can search by country (United States), but on the app, everything seems to be Canada/UK/Aus English. So everything is spelled different or uses different words than in the US, and I haven’t found a way to change this to the English we use. I wish the app had a way to change this so I could search for and print content for my American kids. I upgraded to full access, so I am disappointed that I can’t find many resources that work for us. I overall love Twinkl, just not the app.",
