Versions

App Store

  • 1.0
  • 1.0.1

    - Improved performance for large playlists - Added a “Remove All Duplicates” playlist action - Improved loading indicators - Improved the design on smaller screens

  • 1.0.10

Find Dead Tracks Playlists collecting greyed-out songs that won't play? TuneWarden now finds them for you and swaps in a working version with a tap, or clears them all out at once.

  • 1.0.11

Custom Song Shortcuts Add your own one-tap buttons to the song detail screen for the moves you make over and over, like adding a song to your favorite playlist, instead of digging through a menu every time. - Create shortcuts in Settings → Shortcuts: choose an action (Add, Move, or Remove), a destination playlist, and an optional label - Limit a shortcut to only show up while browsing a specific playlist, so it stays relevant instead of cluttering every song - Reorder and delete shortcuts anytime from the management screen

  • 1.0.13

Restore Deleted Playlists Deleted a playlist by accident? iOS has no recycle bin for playlists, but if TuneWarden backed it up, you can now rebuild it in a single tap. Open the backup in History, preview which of its songs can be matched back to your library, and restore. The backup reconnects to the new playlist and keeps its full change history, so nothing is left orphaned or duplicated. Playlist Health Check Score any playlist at a glance and see what's dragging it down, duplicate songs, tracks you've never played, and playlists that have gone stale. Health Check is now the first action on every playlist.

  • 1.0.14 · 1 Aug 2026

Bulk Song Actions Open any playlist's Actions and switch to Multiple Songs to hand-pick a batch of tracks, then copy, move, or remove them all in one go — no more deleting songs one at a time. Fixes and improvements • Large playlists open noticeably faster instead of stalling while they load. • Edits attempted without a connection now tell you they failed, rather than looking like they worked. • Clearer results when removing songs, clearing duplicates, and replacing dead tracks, including when a move only half-completes.

  • 1.0.2

    - Improved sorting speed of the playlist cleanup action

  • 1.0.3

    - Improved speed when loading big playlists

  • 1.0.4

This update improves playlist backup reliability. TuneWarden now better detects cases where one song is removed and another similar song is added, even when they share the same title and artist. We also made under-the-hood improvements to help keep playlist tools stable.

  • 1.0.5

Fixed a bug where your playlist history showed songs as added and removed when nothing actually changed. Your change history should now be accurate and clutter-free.

  • 1.0.6

Improvements to information labels throughout the app

  • 1.0.7

Bug fixes and performance improvements to keep TuneWarden running smoothly.

  • 1.0.8

Finding and organizing your music just got a whole lot easier. • Smarter search: multi-word and full-title searches now just work, and typo-tolerant suggestions surface the right track as you type. • Library vs. Catalog: two clear search lanes, so you always know whether you're searching your own library or the full Apple Music catalog. • Filter as you go: narrow results by genre and explicit/clean right from the search screen. • Recent searches: your last searches are remembered so you can pick up where you left off. • Find a track fast: instantly filter within a playlist, even one with hundreds of songs. • New ways to sort: re-sort any playlist by play count, release date, recently played, and more. Thanks for using TuneWarden! Have feedback? We'd love to hear it.

  • 1.0.9

This update makes restoring and cleaning up your playlists easier and more reliable: • Restore preview: See exactly what will change before you restore a playlist from History, so there are no surprises. • One-tap add-back: Instantly re-add songs you've removed, right from the change history. • Fixed an issue where duplicate songs could reappear after using "Remove All." • Behind-the-scenes security and reliability improvements. Thanks for using TuneWarden!
