1. 1/5Tub of lard ate my food

   My order was like 60$ already and one of the drivers ate my food, and never dropped of anything. This app has absolutely no report feature or any tracking so you never know when your order may arrive, who is dropping off your order, and if they even did in the first place. Its now 9:00 pm, true food is closed and I’m hungry wondering why I didn't just use Uber eats. The only good feature that this app has, is that you get way lower prices and deals. In every other aspect, it’s hard to navigate, has no customer support, and is just downright garbage.

2. 1/5Rewards don’t work

   After contacting customer service 3 times to attempt to use the $10 off $25 signup reward it still never worked. I added two items to my cart - $11 & $14 which clearly totals $25 and EVERY SINGLE TIME I received a message stating that the cart total is less than the minimum. Does someone not know how to do simple math? After the third try and remarks from customer service that I could try to use the website instead of the app and that this wasn’t an issue all-around I gave up. What is the point of an app that doesn’t work and a response that I should use the website instead of the app? Pointless ...

   Unable to redeem silver reward when ordering the seasonal starter. It said I did not have any item ordered. The restaurant credited the reward, some I have two starter that were seasonal, with one called the seasonal starter. The grass feed burger is not available after 4 pm, but I am able to order it in the restaurant when picking up my to go order. Also, tried order the steak taco since it is available after 4 pm, but the app said it was not available this evening. The restaurant said that both are available today for both lunch and dinner.

   Dined on the patio and in the dining room in the past and had perfect experiences. Always well attended to by a refreshingly cheerful & knowledgeable staff. The wine list is thoughtful with smart range & value. Seasonal American-Mediterranean fare including salads, pizzas, fresh seafood - each dish ordered demonstrated casual elegance - the charred Brussels with mushrooms and sesame vinaigrette was superb and a true standout. The teriyaki feature was nicely-seasoned, with grilled chicken and served with blistered vegetables, brown rice & rainbow carrots. From knifework and cooking techniques to peak-of-season produce, this restaurants delivers the winning output of a Manhattan chef de cuisine, with California posturing - don't miss! A clean representation of the finest Scottsdale has to offer.

5. 1/5New version pales

   This new app version to me is such a let down. Instead of a massive upgrade, many things from the old server was discontinued or removed and on my the order was left. No rewards, no promotions, and not even updated layout. Such great place to enjoy a meal but this app just gives me the never to delete this app and just go in person, app to me is so plain and rewards are only threw only main page only-no more app rewards. At least you can still order your food but all other things, this pales in comparison to the previous True foods app version with no rewards and amenities. Might as well delete app and just go in person.
