1/5A month and they still didn’t see it coming
Two credit unions merged, with all of one transferring to the other. Received several emails to “get ready”. Then when it’s time to use the one credit union’s app (True Community), I’m unable to register my account, change user name, and change password. Glad I was given a month to suddenly not be able to access my money. Still haven’t spoken to anyone on the phone due to high call volume.

The app is updated frequently with relevant services that continue to make it better and better. It has great features like bill payment, Zelle, the ability to control all of my cards, see my credit score, get text alerts and so much more. Keep up the good work!

I’ve been a member for 41 years and my credit union has always been important to me so the ease of use and top notch service whenever there is a issue has always been AmaZing !! I will always be True to True !! Thank you !! Dennis Willard

5/5Can’t even log in!!!
No online app is working..it’s saying user name and password is wrong now!!! You can even get to the other screen to verify who you are at all!!! This is ridiculous when your out of town and have no access to your mobile app!!!!!

5/5Amazing Upgrade
The new online portal and the app are now the same views and both are a HUGE upgrade. There were just a few steps that we had to take to re-verify our login credentials and grant permissions to see non-joint accounts of other family members.
