We've packed this update with powerful new ways to plan and some requested fixes: • Build Your List Faster: Paste a list of places (from AI or notes) straight into Unplanned to find them instantly on the map. • Choose Your Map App: Set whether the "Maps" button opens Apple Maps or Google Maps in Settings. Also in this release: • AI Booking Import: Add a photo or PDF of your hotel or Airbnb. Trovelo automatically fills in the name, dates, price, and attaches the doc. All on-device. • Custom Stay Photos: Cover photos for hotels and campsites now sync across devices. • Precise Expenses: Fixed home currency double-conversion cents and added specific categories (Coffee, Bar, Shopping) to the breakdown. • Fixed sharing places from Google Maps. • Smart Add no longer clutters maps on generic searches. • Smoother, snappier hotel cards. • Clearer check-out day visibility.

- Choose how you get from stop to stop: walking, driving, or public transit — just tap the minutes chip between two cards. - New "Automatic" mode (the default): the app keeps picking for you based on distance, same as before. - The trip map draws each leg according to its chosen mode, with real public-transit times where Apple has data. - If public transit isn't available in the area, the leg automatically falls back to the distance-based estimate. - On Mac, the transport picker is also in the day board, and your choice syncs between iPhone and Mac via iCloud. - New setting to show or hide completed cards on the trip map — routes automatically re-connect around hidden stops. - Upgraded currency engine with support for many more currencies and fresher exchange rates.

Your itinerary times now stay put — no matter where you are. • Fixed times drifting across time zones. If you set dinner at 10:00 PM, it stays 10:00 PM whether you're home or already at your destination. • Set a default way to get around for each trip — public transport, walking, or driving — instead of changing every leg by hand. Set it once in the trip's settings (and app-wide in Settings). • Longer travel times now read as hours and days ("15 h 5 min", "1 d 2 h") instead of a giant minute count. • Bug fix - Smarter trip dates: typing something like "Aug 1 to Aug 4" now creates the right dates instead of a full week. FIXED Trips no longer shift a day in New Zealand, Fiji or Samoa. Round-trip tickets keep the return flight and every stop. Optimize no longer starts your day at a hotel you haven't reached yet. Expense percentages add up, and the spending chart is visible in dark mode.

Your travel life My Spots opens onto your travel life. Pull the sheet up and the map hands you the countries you have been to as a medal, the years you traveled them, and every place inside each one. The medal turns over for the detail, and a pull down from it puts the sheet back where it was. The same screen is on iPad, in the panel beside the globe. Each country you have visited is stamped on the map with its flag, once it fills enough of the screen to carry one. A better way to add a card The "+" in the add bar opens a real sheet. All 32 kinds of card are in it at once, in their own colors, six to a row, instead of four tiles and a button that opened a form. Behind Camera, Photos and Files sit the last twelve pictures on your phone, one tap from being a card, and nothing asks for your photo library until you ask it to. Five kinds that were wearing the wrong color now match the family they belong to. Smaller things - The home screen widget opens the day it is showing, not the trip list - The add bar closes when you cancel a picker instead of hanging around - Date pickers offer a trip's first day again - A boarding pass photo reads correctly when the passport zone is printed in lower case - The day scrolls without redrawing itself, and a long layover title fits - Polish across the map, the day, the home cards, the editors and the widget

Someday Some places you find long before you know when you'll go. Someday is a tab of its own for them: search a place, long-press the map, or tap anything Apple Maps shows, and it is saved with its photo and its country. When you plan a trip to that city, they are waiting in it. Also new - Settings moves off the tab bar into a profile button, so the bar is four places: Trips, My Spots, Someday and Guides - The packing list opens with the trip's own brief: the weather you are packing for and the plugs you will need - Five road-trip guides: the Douro, Kerry, Provence, Sicily and Andalusia's White Villages - My Spots reads your whole photo library for places, and shows the year you were there

A smarter Add Tap Add and start typing. Places from Apple Maps near the day's plans, what you saved in Someday and ideas from the catalog appear as you type, and anything already in the trip is marked. One tap and the card is made. Type "IB 6801 MAD-LIM 8:40" and the flight form opens filled in. The trip map searches the same way, with results as pins. Also new - Send a trip as a magazine-style PDF: long-press it and choose Send as PDF. A cover, the route on a map, every day with its photos, and before you go the usual weather, the plugs, the money and the time difference - Tap a card to read it in full; the pencil is there when you want to change it - Next to Add at the bottom of the board, two new buttons: log an expense or write a note in seconds. Notes are yellow and can carry files - Every Apple Pay payment you make during a trip can land in Expenses on its own, with a Shortcuts automation. Or just tell Siri "Log an expense in Trovelo" - Fourteen new kinds of card, from Castle, Ruins and Winery to Boat Trip, Ski, Work and Friends & Family - The trip map gets a row of its own for Coffee, Bars, ATM, Pharmacy and more, and a long press drops a pin where Apple Maps has nothing - Expenses no longer counts cards still in Unplanned; what they would add shows under the total - If your iCloud fills up, Trovelo now tells you, with the steps to make room. One trip, many cities A trip through several cities is now a single trip with every city in it. See the route on a map with each city's flag, add or change cities anytime in the trip's settings, and get ideas for each day from the city you're in. Also new - Amazing places: open the search in Someday to discover six breathtaking places around the world, each with a photo. Tap Shuffle for more - Someday now groups your places by country, flag first. Places you add to a trip stay in Someday, and once you've been there, it asks whether to remove them - Flights, trains, hotels, tickets and tours have a spot for their confirmation code. Trovelo fills it in from the ticket or booking you add, and you can copy it with one tap - Add can search a whole country for day trips beyond the city, and finds the landmark, not the street named after it - Notes now come in five colors - My Spots asks for the year when you add a place, and you can undo a removal - The trip PDF has a new look, with your hotel's address and phone and every ticket's arrival time - Guide days follow a smarter route, with no doubling back - Plus bug fixes and performance improvements

Made for iPhone Duo Trovelo is ready for the new iPhone Duo, folded and unfolded. Closed, its buttons line up in the side column, within reach of your thumb. Open, your trip and its map share the big screen, the day's cards on one side and the route on the other, split at the fold so nothing gets lost in the crease. Fold or unfold anytime and you stay right where you were. Also new - Design and usability improvements on iPad - Import a car rental booking and Trovelo creates its pick-up and drop-off cards, with the company, car and times - Airline itineraries that spell out the airline's name, like Delta's, now come in as flights - Plus bug fixes and performance improvements

Split costs with your group Expenses now has two tabs, Mine and Group. Add who's traveling, log who paid and how it's split, equally or by amounts, and Trovelo keeps everyone's balance. Settle up finds the fewest payments to square things and turns them into a message for the group chat. Your friends don't need Trovelo, and on a trip you plan together, everyone shares the same pot, each seeing it in their own currency too. Your trips in your calendar Turn on Calendar in Settings and Trovelo keeps a calendar of its own with your trips. Each day is an all-day event with the whole plan in its notes, and everything with a time gets its own event, like a hotel check-in, a car pick-up or a flight. Tap an event to open it in Trovelo. Change your plan and the calendar follows. Also new - Each part of your trip now has its own color: Expenses in mint, Packing in pink, Together in lavender and your trip's settings in sky blue - Map pins now show each place's photo, on your trip, in Ideas and in Someday - Flights with a stop draw every leg on the map with its layover, and visits during the layover start from the airport and head back to it for the next flight - On flight day, your Lock Screen shows a boarding pass, and the plane moves along the route while you're in the air - Mark a stop as done and the way to the next one stays on the map, starting from where you are - Days end with the way back to your hotel, and when there's no way to get between two places, Trovelo says so instead of guessing a time - The trip PDF prints every flight, train, bus, ferry and rental like a ticket, with terminal, gate, seat and booking code - Set your home address once and it's on all your devices - Your day's order now stays exactly as you left it - Plus bug fixes and performance improvements
