1. 5/5Lovely Game! Small Issues..

   Now first of all, this game is super sweet. I love how you can play for FREE and actually help shelter dogs in need. I do understand that kibble is more expensive than treats which is why we’d have to pay *real* money but, I think maybe we should just be able to do double or even triple the work so that our gameplay is equivalent to at least a small bag of kibble. Personally, I don’t *love* having to watch ads back to back for more rolls. Suggestion: I’m not against this idea and I get why it needs to be included with the game however, maybe there could be another way to earn rolls. At least 1-3 rolls a day so that it doesn’t replace the ad feature. Last thing: So I noticed that 2/3 of my shelter dogs aren’t listed as their correct breeds. While this doesn’t affect the actual game negatively, I still think it should be fixed. Not only because it’s a little off but also in case someone who is learning about dog breeds can get correct information! Suggestions: I know that the graphics/models aren’t the purpose of the game. I get that most of the coding goes into the kibble/ship/deliver system. *But* if you have time or if it isn’t too much to ask for then could you add more dog features? I mean how some dogs have standing ears but their ‘mini size’ will have floppy ears. And I haven’t seen a Dalmatian in the game but I think it’ll be all white instead of having their signature spots. I’m not asking for exact replicas but it would be nice if the dogs were able to have a little more inclusive features. Summary: Overall this is a really great game and it’s not bombarded with ads unless you WANT to watch them. And I think it’s super cool and special that you can actually help dogs in need from your own device. It has a cute style and I would love to be able to help as many dogs as I can.

   I love this game, I work with rescue dogs myself and I love helping the dogs. This game is a great way for the rescues to gain supplies for all their current pups, as well as helping them bring in new dogs. I enjoy playing with each dog on the game and earning food and treats to send to them. I also like that you can bond with the dogs you get, the more bonded you are the more likely they are to get infinite health so you’ll never lose them. The only things that bother me in this game are the dog’s coat colors and health. The game offers a very limited variety of coat colors, most of the dog’s characters look nothing like the dogs. I’ve been playing this game for months, never had an issue with their health until yesterday. I have a routine where I feed them and get their health up to 100 every morning after I get up. Yesterday I fed them like normal but with 2 hours they all dropped down to 5% health and I almost lost all of them. I was at work when I noticed this and had to hope they would last until I got home because again, I work with dogs and don’t have time to sit on my phone all day. This morning went to feed them again as usual and they’re all still at 100 from when I fed them the second time yesterday. There needs to be a more organized way for the dogs to lose health(over a certain number of hours, etc.) because I know I’m not alone when I say I can’t be glued to this game 24/7. I love this game but it’s a game not a lifestyle.

3. 3/5BUGGY! ARE OUR PACKAGES EVEN GETTING TO THE DOGS?? ON THE VERGE OF CANCELLING!

   I started using this app over a month ago, and initially it was WONDERFUL, so I subscribed! Then, on June 11, something happened and I stopped getting in-app notices that my packages were arriving at the shelter. There were other bugs as well, such as my dogs disappearing and/or their accumulated points just not being there at all. I DO have the most recent version of the app, and am using it on an iPhone 17 with OS 26.5.1, and your info in the app store claims that the app should work on my phone. BUT I HAVE SENT AT LEAST A DOZEN PACKAGES TO MY DOGS AT MY CHOSEN SHELTER AND HAVE NOT GOTTEN EVEN ONE NOTIFICATION, EITHER IN-APP OR PUSH NOTIFICATION DIRECTLY TO MY PHONE, THAT ANYTHING HAS ARRIVED. It's been two weeks since the app stopped working properly, and even deleting it and re-downloading it does nothing. I've emailed the support staff several times, identified myself with my User ID, and sent screenshots showing the problems, but haven't heard anything back in over a week, and am now on the verge of cancelling my subscription and just donating directly to the shelter. What is the point of using this app if we don't know that the dogs are getting the food? PLEASE FIX THE PROBLEM! I love playing with the dogs in the app, but I'm not going to keep giving money if it just disappears into a black hole.

4. 4/5Love the idea but app needs fixes

   Absolutely love that I can send treats to the dogs for free, just have to get through the significant amount of ads. Not much interaction or “game-playing” necessarily, just hitting a button to roll a dice and have your dog gather up kibbles on each level. Would be nice if there was some other reward like more rolls when one of your dogs gets adopted. Couple annoying things recently with the app randomly crashing, was due to get 14 more rolls and then when the time came it just stayed at 0 and said 28 rolls in like 16 more hours, and not saving some of the achievements such as the Health Shield on a couple of my dogs so I have to use more rolls to get those things again instead of being able to use those rolls on sending some treats to others. I am unsure what the “shelter vid” is supposed to be for because nothing happens when I click it. I’m also not sure what the point of the shelter upgrades are. I also don’t understand how I can have a notification that dogs were adopted at a shelter but 0 of them are mine when I have adopted all the dogs available at that shelter. Overall 4/5 simply because I love that that I can send treats to real dogs but app could definitely use some fixes.

5. 4/5Great, but glitchy

   I love the app and its purpose, and it's actually pretty fun. However, it definitely has a few glitches that need to be worked out - the glitches both make it harder to make the positive impact that is ultimately the app's purpose, and make it less enjoyable. First, "losing" a dog after a certain amount of time is absolutely useless - that helps literally nobody, especially the dog. There's zero information about the timeframe you have before "losing" the dog, and it's wildly inconsistent between different dogs; I played less than 18 hours ago, and played until all my dogs were at 100% health, and yet I "lost" one while the other one still had 98% health. No rhyme or reason to it, which is super frustrating. Second, half the time my package order confirmations are labeled correctly, and half the time they say a different dog's name - I'm glad to help any dog, but just have no idea which dog it's actually going to. This happens no matter which one of my multiple dogs I'm shipping to. Both of these problems are especially frustrating when I've already opted to upgrade and pay a monthly fee to send full meals and treats, instead of just treats. Great idea, just really needs some issues ironed out.
