"body": "I work for the USO at the Regional St. Louis International Airport. I cater to the military service personnel and their families not only from the USA, but from all over the world. I’ve tried other translator apps but I’ve had problems with each one as well. They don’t always have all of the words and/or phrases I may need at the time. On any given day, we literally have dozens of service personnel coming in the USO headed to a variety of bases, or seaports to cross trained with our military. This translator is so helpful and easy to use. All you have to do is first select the country you want, then type/speak what you want to say in English, hit the Translate and it will be displayed on your screen and speak in in your selected language. It’s that simple. It’s also a good tool to have at your disposal if you travel outside the United States to a country where English is not their primary language. I’m glad I found this app and can tell you I’ll never be without it.",

"title": "Doesn’t recognize being on the internet",
"body": "While the app in general does a pretty decent job, it is frustrating that it doesn’t always recognize being online and will not translate. Restarting the device, closing the app doesn’t work to correct the issue. This one I actually am paying for and it is only working about 75% of the time. Therefore should only be pay 75% of the bill. I am considering canceling the subscription and deleting the app. It needs to function at least 98% of the time.",

"body": "I had an issue similar to other users. Free subscription could not be cancelled and “translated” into a paid one at over $20/month. I noticed on the second month and thought it was another security breach with my Amex. Amex statement does not list the name of the app just “iTunes” charge. I had similar fraudulent charges before and every time those were a result of a security breach. Replaced the card, hassle in itself, disputed the charges and now my Apple ID was disabled. Customer service at Apple was supposed to be open until 11 CST but, apparently, they changed it to 10 without notifying anyone. Very disappointed in this developer but, especially, in Apple customer service.",

"title": "Paid for a Pro subscription, only supported language doesn’t work!",
"body": "Was looking to translate spoken English to/from Ukrainian since Ukrainian is listed as a supported language. When we got to the conversation mode, clicking on the microphone popped up the message that translations were not available for this language pair. Really?? This is an essential language right now with what’s going on in the world… shocked that it would be listed as an available language but not supported. Cancelled the subscription.",

"body": "This app constantly says ‘no internet connection’ When all my other apps are working on my WiFi..Probably does this because I opted for free version...What they are trying to charge for this app is BEYOND A JOKE!!! One option is for 20 bucks a week!!! Lol Are they serious? They then offer their best option for 40 bucks for the year...These developers are nuts!! If they just charged 10 dollars one time fee then it might be worth it...$9.99 for life in my opinion...These people are rip off merchants...Keep your money in your pocket and go with a $4.99 one time option...There are enough of them out there for just 5 bucks with no ads!",
