Can't complete verification, my fiscal identification number is not accepted. Furthermore I can't find a way to reach customer support, they advertise "speak with real humans" but support just redirect to documentation that doesn't help.

I really love this bank, i appreciate the low trading fees, clean and responsive design. Additionally I never ever had a support experience this good anywhere else, you can instantly reach out to a human and they will always help you. I now use it as my main bank, and i am very satisfied!

cannot complete setup. the passport dates of issuance and expiry cannot be filled in. the instructions are for YYYY/MM/DD but when you try to enter it formats it as XX/XX/XXXX. I have tried both alternatives but neither are accepted as a valid date.

So far, an extremely bad experience. Trying to create a new account for some days now, and it's impossible, and also almost impossible to contact anyone. I have already sent emails to the complains address, which they finally answered once telling me that they had opened a new chat in the app for me. There, after some new trouble to log in into the app, they said I would get an answer from the expert team in 48h. 24h later I received an email saying the case was closed, without any solution.
