"body": "Updated today and now there is a verification process through Cloudflare, only problem is, that it does not verify. It says that verification is slower than usual and to reload page if problem persist. Well reloaded about 20 times, deleted app and reloaded that but there is still no way to get verified. My books are not available to me now and there is nobody to call",

"body": "I really want to like the app, but I can’t. It has too many flaws. To download a book is a major hassle as it will just not download automatically, no matter what I do. I was in contact with support, a.k.a. the bookstore, where I buy my audiobooks from which are supposed to go through tolino, but they were literally useless as well. At least there is some consistency in some thing, lol. there are enough audiobook apps out there, where to Lena could get some ideas from so that the user could actually have a folder with new books/unread books, books read, books and progress, etc. so considering how super basic this app is, it is unbelievable that it still does not work.",

"body": "My cat could have created a better e-reader. The entire experience from purchase to reading with Orwell Fussli online books has been awful. You don’t get a link to download the books into another e-reader. The app isn’t really an app, but a web browser. One one book, I can’t change anything! One font size, no night mode or direction of reading mode. I have to zoom in on each page because it defaults back to a small font. Every single page you have to zoom in to read! I am upset that I can’t read these books elsewhere. It seems I did not buy these books, but rented them. This is a total scam. Never will I buy an ebook from Orell Fussli.",

"body": "Since a few years back this app was just bad. I cannot tell you how many errors I encountered just for switching airplane mode on and off. Or how the last reading position wasn’t saved… Or how the page layout sometimes won’t render properly, resulting in text that goes beyond the screen…Lately the app won’t even work anymore if airplane mode is turned on - even though I always download the ebooks I am reading for exactly that: offline reading…. Just fix it already and apply some 2024 standards to this app.",
